View is nice overlooking the water. Room was comfortable and quiet with a nice balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast options were good and there was free parking.

3rd floor a bit dated but we slept well and I was happy to have a floor separating us from the pub and restaurant.

Location if you don't mind fjord with some industrial activity as your view. The room very spacious and love the balcony.

Hardly any hot water in the bathroom even for shower.The breakfast and dinner food mostly industrial premade food that only requires reheating. Mediocre. Weak coffee.

Big spacious room with bath comfy bed good patio with view over fjord.Great selection at breakfast and tasty. We ate in restaurant which was good. Big bar with games. Plenty parking. A hotel with character.

Room was big and looked out onto the fjord. Balcony with table and chairs was also nice. Electric kettle and mini fridge was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.

Built-in shelves and closet were a little worn, but serviceable.No air conditioning so if you’re there when the weather is warm, it can get hot. We slept with the balcony door open to cool the room.

Main areas of the hotel were nicely renovated. Nice outdoor terrace for breakfast/dinner. Okay breakfast. Restaurant on site was nice with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and had a mini fridge.

Our floor and room was very outdated and felt very dark and unwelcoming. Furniture was clearly old with lots of little damage that made the room feel unmaintained. Also the terrace was plain concrete on all sides, making it not a nice outdoor view and place to hang out. Difficult to cool down room.

We were travelling in a large motorhome with our Border Collie. We were able to park easily and there was a grassed area where Monty could play. We had a spacious clean room with balcony, overlooking the fjord. The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent and we had a good night's sleep

Everything you need in one place. After multiple stops across Norway arriving from Oslo this was a welcome rest. Nice view from our room. The decor was a bit dated but super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Try the Fish Soup at the Restaurant and breakfast buffet gave a good start to the day.

The room temp was on the warm side. Maybe a North American thing, but a/c or a fan would have been appreciated.

It was very warm in our room, there was only one door that could open and it didn’t seem to do much. But I guess that was a seasonal issue since it was quite warm this time. The rooms and hotel looked a little bit outdated, didn’t annoy me though.

Free parking and wifi.The games at the bar (shuffleboard and darts) were very enjoyable!The room was spacious and clean.The Breakfast was ok.One person in our party needed a gluten free dinner, it was no problem and delicious..Our waitress, Dewi, was very helpfull and very friendly!! She is a keeper!

The buffet was not bad but simple. Suggestion … maybe some fish.The gluten free dinner was super, wish we could have had that too. But sadly it was not possible.The view, looking at a working harbour.

Beautiful bathroom and also bedroom - very good beds. I was looking forward to have a nice meal like fish soup or a good beef with a bottle of some good Amarone wine. Disappointed about the wine and the buffet which was not at the level I expected from this classy hotel.

Location in main dining room. Would have liked a toaster for the bread but everything else was good.

The dinner menu did not translate well into English. The pork burger was Pinnekjøtt meat and the red cabbage was too much on the bun. Less would have been good.

Stayed for two days. Spacious clean room with balcony towards the fjord. Wifi working properly, excellent breakfast, amazing housekeeping service. Rooms are pet-friendly. We enjoyed the visit a lot, would recommend!

The hotel should consider a little renovation of the rooms.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit dated, but a good place to be. Restaurant is updated and good quality food and nice service.

Great restaurant. Balconies have afternoon /evening sun. Quiet and peaceful. Bathroom had a bathtub and separate shower.

The bedroom and hallway decor is out of date, needs refurbished.

Spacious room, nice view from the terrace, lovely breakfast (got everything we needed). Fast wifi, free parking. Bathtub. :-)

Passable

Old hotel that it seems the owners have forgotten about. Two walls in the room was damaged and plastered poorly, not even painted. Very little breakfast selection. The dinner was good (ate fish), but it took almost an hour to get dessert and they forgot about the beverage order. Service is below par. Would not get back here.
