Hotel pretty new so nice and clean and joined to aqua park is great.

Breakfast was great but hectic, the hot breakfast is located just by the coffee station and waffle maker and the entrance to the kitchen! Very busy area as waffles were very popular and caused a long queue. I think a better layout would improve things.

Everything exceptional, just little bit far from the Main Street, the cleaning wasn’t every day and wasn’t fantastic, only 2 lifts for the large hotel, dinners are not with big choice.

Excellent location, service, rooms. Exceptional list of choices at breakfast. Restaurant offer quality food. And with added access to water park, probably the best place to stay at.

!5 minutes walk to Krupowki. Decent breakfast. Convenient parking.But our stay was ruined from the beginning by a rude clerk.

Staff was rude and confrontational, except for one man who was helpful and a manager who intervened with checking in. They seem not to understand what you are saying or asking. People in this facility , both hotel and Aqua Park, in general are not friendly.Nobody explains the thermal bath rules , one hour paid for doesn't cover everything and there is an additional charge for using sauna or going to the pool.

Great location

The room we got at the beginning didn't match the picture of the room on Booking.When we asked - they couldn't change it, and replace the room just a night laterI wouldn't pay this again

I really liked the location, the nearby Termy Zakopiańskie, the staff, and the food — expensive but delicious!

There are a lot of stains of different colors and shapes all over the carpet in the room. It’s upsetting, especially when you’re paying over 800+ zł per night.

Sane building as thermal spa center. Good breakfast and nice staff. Large and new room.

Far from city center

Amazing breakfast, rich and fresh, everything you can imagine.Games rooms for kids are awesome (big advantage), parking is convenient (costs extra), the staff is very nice, quick and useful. Location is very close to everything, we had a great stay, awesome value for.money

The water park deal is definitely not attractive (basically the highest offer), and I'd prefer better shower products (only shampoo and soap in one). Also, it would be nice to improve the coffee counter in the room, or at least to suggest a free one for the hotel, but other than that, amazing hotel.

Location is great - 10 min walk from the train station and next to the Termy. Clean room, rich breakfast and friendly staff.

Integration of the aqua park in the building. Breakfast is extraordinary and everything very clean.

The tap water is not drinkable and the Aquapark access is sadly not part of the room prices anymore.

Fabulous breakfast, ladies at omelette/egg station cooked wonderful food. Everything you can imagine for breakfast was at this hotel and always stocked up Amazing room and complimentary upgrade. The most beautiful bedroom and super bathroom .. Well stocked mini bar ..

A little too much of a walk from town centre at night time but having said that…. A fabulous 5 mins from train station which cancels need for taxis so I suppose it’s location could be a plus, not a minus I most definitely would stay here again

Excellent hotel, Excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms, very close to the center. I didn't like that the price of entry to the water park through the hotel 560 PLN is double for a family than at the water park 299 PLN for the poor, it doesn't make sense. Beyond that, parking is also expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aquarion Family & Friends in Zakopane with our little 2-year-old son. The hotel was perfect for a family getaway—comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. Breakfast was one of the best selection I have ever seen. A special thank you for the surprise cake in our room we received for our anniversary; it was such a thoughtful touch!

Lovely hotel only 10 minute walk from station. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite and the views were breathtaking. We used the aqua park next door, it was a little expensive (cheaper to book direct online) but the facilities were excellent, really worth it. Breakfast was a highlight, as others have said it is outstanding.

So many options for aqua park (pay as part of package/pay by hour/10 minute segment, pay per day, pay direct. I think this should be streamlined for hotel guests.

The breakfast is abundant and varied, I feel this is the main good point of this hotel. Also nice the children area on the last floor. It's overall just OK.

It's a big hotel, this means lot of time lost at the reception and waiting for elevators (only 2), especially if room is on a high floor. Very limited parking considering the amount of guests, and also expensive. It's overall clean, but they don't clean every day and it happened they didn't pass even when we left the clean sign outside the door (we asked the receptionist and they cleaned the day after). They offer deals with Termy Zakopianskie next door (basically a small Aquapark) and that is what tricked us to book there, but it's cheaper to go out and buy a ticket there, especially if you are with family.It's just not worth the price, there are nicer alternatives around.
