    • The rooms were clean, quite nice view to the mountains. We have seen a deer one day while walking from the taxi to the hotel, which was the highlight

    Cons -

    • The pool and tennis table are in poor shape.
    • Very old furniture Very old and damaged tilesNo boiler in the roomNo tissues in the room No telephone in the roomNo AC in the room
    • The hotel is really worn out and requires refurbishment. There is no heating inside, which tends to get quite cold at night. The curtains were so worn out that had holes in them. Staff doesn't pay attention when you pass by, no hello no how are you - just very cold interaction. The breakfast wasn't very good either. It did have a lot of options, but scrambled eggs tasted weird and whenever I had breakfast I had diarrhoea few hours after. Almost no sweet stuff (like cake or croissants), just savoury and occasionally pancakes/crepes, which had something inside of them too.You could hear the noise from other rooms too.

The staff was great, spoke good English, breakfast was edible, and the rooms were clean.

I recommend the hotel address the unpleasant odor in the rooms. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, and it's not moral to charge extra for parking. The rooms are tired and need renovation, and the balcony tiles are loose.

good location, far enough from the main street so the noise doesnt reach you but also a very quick walk to it .tasty breakfast, simple but its enough and gooda lot of cabinets and storage spacenice balcony with view to the mountains (but it is a bit obscured by trees)easy to find

receptionist on the first day didnt speak english, but she was nice so its not too badthe path to the hotel is on a steep hill, but there is a shortcut through the radisson hotel, so duration its only a few minutes. not as bad like the other reviews said, but it can get a bit annoying if youre constantly walking back and forth from the hotel to the city.

The location was very good and close to the bus and train station, the city centre also.

There wasn't any coffee maker in the room or any and the kitchen stuff was a little bit strange staring at us as it is the first time that they guests people. The time for breakfast was for short would like to have one hour earlier or one later.

Breakfast was good. Staff was good

It is over priced as per the location of the hotel and the quality of the washrooms.

    9FroidlPosted on: 5-3-2025

I thought the rooms were lovely. I loved that the vintage aethestic of the hotel has been maintained, but with modenr cleanliness & modern bathroom amenities.

    needs better pillows

Quiet and calm place, the location is nice, and the breakfast is good

Check-in starts at 4 pm, which is unreasonably later than usual check-in that are around 2 pmThe heater at night stopped working for a while before it returned to work.additional parking fees

    View, breakfast, akvapark nearby

light in the bathroom, small trash can in room, el.sockets near the beds

The building was almost empty, and the rooms were nice and warm. It’s an older hotel, so the furniture has a specific smell, but everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

    There’s a huge parking area—just note it’s extra paid.

    7PedroPosted on: 1-5-2025

The location is nice, not that far away from the city center (take the stairs at the Radisson Blu). The sauna for 30zl for 30min is a plus, as well as the breakfast being varied.

The rooms are quite cold, even with central heating. At the same time, the room is small and not very modern.

    8DrewPosted on: 12-18-2024

Helpful friendly staff allowed us to check in early. Rooms were cosy. Nearby Thermal Baths. Breakfast was nothing special but it was good selection buffet and good value overall included in price of room.

Wi-Fi did not reach our room. Bar was closed & Billiard room in poor state. Not much to do at the hotel itself and centre of town is a long enough walk away up/down hill.

    10KatPosted on: 12-16-2024

Great location, close to centerStaff was very nice, helpful Great breakfast Clean hotel.

    Interior is a bit outdated

    9KristīnePosted on: 8-18-2024

Big room, nice view, great for family. Close from the center, but quite high up the hill. Good breakfast.

    9PodologsPosted on: 8-5-2024

Location, rooms, breakfast. Everything was good.

Wifi poor . But maybe it’s was in room 15.

    8SimonaPosted on: 8-5-2024

The room was clean. We had 2 beds. We received 2 bottles of water upon arrival in the room. I paid by card. Breakfast was very good. There were not many people in the dining room. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Krupowki Street. There is no need for air conditioning in the room. Even if it was July, you can rest in the room without air conditioning.

At the reception the price is not displayed. We asked how much a room costs, in euros, but the receptionist could not or did not want to tell us. It is better to book the room on booking, because the price at the reception is higher. Parking is paid.

    4RahulPosted on: 12-26-2023

Staff was good. Breakfast was good as well.Rooms were clean as well.

Directions shown by google to reach the property by walk is misleading. Google suggests the shortest walking route, but the route is closed and had to take the longer route to reach the destination.Hotel facilities are very old. No proper heating. The doors were not tightly closing and outside cold breeze was coming in through the gaps. The shower faucet is faulty and broken. We added a comment that we wanted a double bed, but 2 single beds were provided.

    8MichałPosted on: 9-25-2023

Location is very good- close to therms and Krupowki street. Very good breakfast, lot's of parking places, nice and friendly staff

This as quite lot of old time hotels require a little bit renovations- like shower cabins, water installation (pressure and temperature in the water pipes is unstable)

    6SitoraPosted on: 8-24-2023

Probably the price being cheapest from everything we were choosing from at that moment was the best about this accommodation. Room was kind of spacious. Area was calm. Parking availability. Dogs allowed. Heater in the bathroom was nice.

It’s not 3-star hotel, unless stars were given for representing soviet vacation. Hotel is old in everything, windows don’t even close anymore, style is terrible, cleanliness was questionable at some parts, paper thin walls and smoking neighbours in the balcony weren’t nice. Water pressure was a joke and sometimes you would stand in a shower and wait for water to run again. No air conditioning which left rooms overheating after lunch hours. Later people would open windows in corridor and doors to rooms to air out hot rooms – it was such a soviet reminder moment. Staff doesn’t speak English, not a sentence. Breakfast quite short on variety, eggs only with meat.
