Hotel Gromada Zakopane

Great experience at this hotel in Zakopane! The location was ideal and easy to reach, the room was quiet and comfortable, and I got a really good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Location is very ideal, close to many restaurants, Main Street and bus station. Staff is very gentle and cooperative, they offer free luggage storage.

It's a good hotel for a 1-night stay in city center, especially if you've arrived in Zakopane by train. It's close to the main train station. The breakfast was really good and versatile. The staff were really great: they provided a teapot upon request and allowed us to store our baggage until the evening the next day when we checked out.

So, the hotel is kind of old—not the building, but overall the room and the bathroom. The shower did not have a proper door, so water easily came outside to the rest of the bathroom. On warm days, it can be very hot inside because there was no air conditioner.

The location could not be better and the staff was very nice.

The toilet was small and because it’s well located by the main street of Zakopane, some noises from outside in the night were not avoidable… but got quiet after around midnight.Not bad if we are staying in the main area of Zakopane.

I did like everything from the staff to the room and the good location in the centre if you are by walk

A little intelligence to plan access to the piste. Chamonix has cheaper ski passes. No half day opportunity

The hotel couldn't be locared in a better place it's right in the heart of zakopane easy access fir walking to most attractions or taxis yes it's noisy but thats to be expected considering the location but midweek was fine hotel us a bit dated but the beds were comfy ,clean,and the room warm breakfast was adequate , and if you ask at reception they will give you a kettle for your room plenty of hot water and the price you pay is so cheap,but its your decision if you want to go up the road and pay 3 times the amount , the staff are really helpful and a bonus the is a Costa coffee adjacent to the building

It's a small issue but no toaster at breakfast,a few ladybugs came in our room but I just threw them out.

Really good value for it’s location and the room was nice with a view to the streets. The breakfast was enough. The elevator is kind of creepy but works

Very central. Arrived 0ver 3 hours early to find our room was ready. Able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out, which was 12:00 and not the usual 11:00

A bit basic and in need of an update. Maybe just me but I didn't like the old fashioned lift.

Location fantastic, right in front of the happening street Kruprowki. Within walking distance to Gubalowka Funicular Train Station. Easy access to street food and restaurants. Room clean and comfortable with all amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. Happy that we were given extra 1 hour check out time free.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it is in a room with ski posters and old skis.

The receptionist lady was so friendly. I love my stay there, so central and just 15mins walk away from the Zakapone train station and right on the Krupowki street.I received a heads up message from the hotel about the potential noise, honestly it’s not a big issue if you’re a sound sleeper.

I liked the location and the simple but comfortable room with a nice view of the street below.
