We loved the decor, coziness, and amazing cleanliness of our room; also, the breakfast was unexpectedly exceptional.

Only a short walk to ski slope. Lovely location. Quiet. Clean and staff were lovely. They even gave us prosecco for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was also very nice. We Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back with children.

I can’t say we disliked anything

Easy to find, parking onsite, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and quiet.

The only thing I’d change about this property is add screens to the windows. There are a lot of bugs that fly in at night and this makes airing out the rooms a little harder. Installing screens would be great.

For family with two kids it was plenty of space with two bedrooms. Downstairs area for kids, billiard, table football ? Parking on site also a huge advantage. Nearby a place to eat with many choices of local food

The property is excellent value, very good breakfast included in the room price! Log cabin nicely decorated with Zakopane style!

The location is very easy to find, and the host was excellent — all the check-in instructions were sent on time, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all facilities and equipment in perfect working condition. There’s plenty of parking available, so no need to worry if you're arriving by car. The breakfast was a real highlight — a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to all tastes.Just a 10-minute walk away, there’s a bus station where you can catch bus numbers 11 and 21, which conveniently take you to all the major tourist spots.The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Vasel at reception, who went above and beyond to guide us, help us book tickets online, and make our trip truly memorable.Overall, a perfect spot for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Zakopane. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very good.Stuff were very friendly and helpful.Easy parking.Location is good but requires 15 min walk to center of town

Towels are replaced only after 3 days of stay and also room is not cleaned during this time period.Replacing towels costs extra charge of 35 Zloti.Room is nice and fully equiped but not spaceious.

Lovely architecture and great size of rooms. Breakfast was a bonus, lovely bread and a decent selection of options to choose from. Very pleasant front of house staff.

Cleaning of the rooms is inconsistent - this should be requested by hanging a notice on the door; the first time our room was cleaned really well, next time not at all, third time the bathroom wiped and the beds almost neatly made, but floors and surfaces still needed cleaned.

Beautiful place, tasty breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Helpful young man at the reception. Locating is not bad, depending on where you want to get to. Bus stop is not far as well, for those who are coming without the car.

The location is good, the apartment is small but modern, very cozy, you will find everything you need in the apartment, very spacious and with a good balcony. We recommend

We loved our stay at Bambi hotel. The rooms were perfect, staff were lovely and the games room and play area were fantastic. Great location, great breakfast and great price. We would certainly recommend :)

The location is excellent, with a ski lift, a store, and a restaurant within walking distance. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very polite, and the breakfasts are delicious. There is a large parking and there was always a spot available. A special thanks for the children's playroom.

Hotel was spotless, room big enough with balcony and reception staff very helpful.

Location just out of town, so quiet area maybe 10/15min walk into town which we didn’t mind. Hotel close up a hill to one of the slopes. Manageable carrying ski boots, and left shoes in a small locker at rental place. Cooked breakfast wasn’t warm at all, although looked lovely. Would have been nice if there was a microwave to warm it up but apart from that lots of other choice. Breads, cereal, fruits.
