The breakfast was very good with multiple options to choose from. Beautiful, very comfortable and spacious room. The entire facility super clean and pleasant. Very good location, walking distance to downtown.

The swimming pool opens at 4 pm, I wish it was open earlier. Also, I would appreciate more vegan options for breakfast.

Amazing, clean and cosy vibe avoiding the hotel-like feeling. Great location near main area. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi + 2 types of a sauna give allow for a nice relax time between sightseeing.Also little balcony with view on a garden is a great chill spot for a glass of wine.

Not a fault of a hotel but due to area near mountains and trees there's a lot of spiders and small bugs (not in a room)

The hotel is close to city centre and others attractions.

There was no socket next to the bed and in place of the headboards there were two old radios with loose wires and switched off because there were no sockets. Unnecessary.The breakfast was simple and the facilities are not commensurate with the price charged per night.

The location is very convenient, the breakfast options were very nice. The place was really clean.

There was no holder for the shower cable, so you had to hold it in your hand. Bed quality wasn’t the best one.

Unfortunately our experience was very poor with this Hotel. May be we were just unlucky. The cleaning of Hotel and rooms leaves alot to be desired, so much so that we had to leave a day before, and book alternative accommodation. No towel change unless you go begging to reception.

Unfortunately, the sauna was not working. Though we were offered to enjoy it in a friendly facility 400m away, it’s not that comfy, as having one in your hotel.

The breakfast was really good, and tasty, but if you arrived at 9 there were nothing much left.

EverythingThe 224 room was noisy, because it is direct to the street,where a lot of noisy and stinky car travels. The employee smoked always under our balcony and the smoke came into the room.Beds were really uncomfortableThe receptionists were not helpful reagrding to find a parking spot in the hotel. We came form Hungary by car, and the receptionist said he can not guarantee a praking spot for their quest... very sad and dissapointing...Finally the Sauna, Jacuzzi did not work during our staying ( 4 day long) and for it they did not offer a price reduction/compensation...

Good location for exploring Zakopane. Friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Swimming pool fine and nice & varied breakfast.

It states jacuzzi and sauna in title of the hotel but not in operation/available during our stay (which was one of the main reasons choosing this hotel). Apparent that the hotel is older and could need some refurbishment/upgrades. Personally the hard mattresses could be replaced with a softer type for better sleep. Guest with dog in restaurant during breakfast - personally not appreciated due to allergy (and general hotel hygiene).

The location is great. Breakfast is very good, quite veraible. Overall, the hotel is clean and cozy. Personnel is very friendly and helpful
