It needs updating since there is no air conditioning at this facility, also carpets are old and dirty .

Complementary in lobby is only water, Téa or instant coffee. Parking limited. Many cars had to use other than valid spots. Not unusual in some places, but I prefer a valid spot for my car.

Within walking distance yo Krupówki and thermal pools. Clean, welcoming and helpful staff.

Receptionist communication was good.

They gave us a room where the balcony was shared with another room. We didn't know the people from the other room so we expected there to be some privacy, but the curtains were too small for the balcony window and they didn't close fully. When I went to tell the receptionist, he didn't know what to do but at least when I requested a new room he gave me the final free room. The beds were 2 single beds moved next to each other and not an actual double bed. There could be a double comforter at least. And the mattress did not have a mattress cover just a sheet on it and the mattress seemed a little old and very used. Also, we had 3 rooms and the cleaner only did the beds for 2 rooms.

Nice clean and warm hotel. 10 min walk from top of Krupowki. Very comfortable beds.

From a personal point of view I didn’t enjoy the breakfast selection. However that isn’t a negative comment on the hotel, just that I don’t like cold meat and salad early in the morning. I think maybe a toaster could be added.

Nice and friendly staff, available parking, good location

The bed was horrible. I booked one double-bed, but in reality there were two separate mattresses, which were sliding apart. Incredibly uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also, the price was very high for the standard.

Excellent value for money. Clean but basic accommodation. Breakfast was basic, but quiet a wide variety of choice. Check out what at 12pm, so not rushed on leaving. There was free parking next to the hotel.

Located a little further away from the centre than we anticipated. Check-in was only at 4pm.

Breakfast was good. Location was also close to the center.

The room was a bit cold, even tho we had the heater turned up to max. The pillows were very uncomfortable. In theory, after 23 o’clock there are “quiet” hours, but nobody seems to be bothered to respect it. Some guests were playing billiards, and making a lot of noise way after the quiet hours. I told the receptionist to address the issue but nothing happened.

I have never given below a 5 but this is an exception. The hotel was almost 200euro per night, one night they didn't even give us towels to wash and when we went to the reception his answer was i don't know what to do. (After going around for ages, he found some) towels)This is truly a joke of a hotel and I would rather stay in a car.

Unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel is the location since it is near the main attractions. It has no lift and no assistance is offered , the price is way too much for this stay so reconsider the whole hotel needs some good refurbishment

Great value for the money. It is old and outdated, but it was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. It met our needs perfectly as we barely stayed there but to take showers and sleep. Rooms were huge

Very nice receptionist, so helpful and polite. Great big room, spacious toilet. 10mins walk from train and bus stations. Around 20mins walk from Krupówki. Great value for money

Lack of lift

It's a nice hotel with a parking. Not a big room, but comfy.There is no coffee/tea maker in the room, but you can find it at the ground floor 24/7
