Perfect room,cozy and comfortable, and with a fantastic view of snowy mountains from the balcony

The location is far from downtown, so just don’t choose it if you don’t drive a car

Great location near the Sky Walk, just across the road. Delicious Polish cuisine in the main restaurant. The breakfast was quite good with excellent coffee.

However, our stay was disturbed by a constant noise, like a fan or electricity box, running all night, which was really annoying. Additionally, the billiard table was old and covered by a heavy board, making it impossible to use with kids.

Friendly staff, great location ( near ski slope), peaceful surroundings, comfortable/good size room, fantastic breakfast.

Stunning (and well-kept) PRL architecture, both in interiors and exteriors. Rooms tastefully renovated with comfy bed, clean bedding, nice bathroom, and balcony. Good breakfast. Kind and professional staff. Very good price/quality ratio. Would definitely overnight again.

Facilities as restaurant, swimming pool, and bar were closed (low season? too few guests?), a bit disappointing.Not fault of the hotel, of course, but too bad that something really ugly is being built right next to them, it ruins all its secluded charme.

Very surprising hotel. Free tickets to the water park in Zacapone. We got a three-room apartment in a building adjacent to the hotel. Hotel in the middle of the forest. Excellent atmosphere. There are two tables for snooker and table tennis

Fix the snooker tables. The surface is not straight.

Clean rooms. View was nice. Breakfast was ok. For skiing it can be good location.

Nothing has change in this hotel since like 1970s when was built. Communist era feeling from the front door. One guy running between reception and the bar. No draft beer, not much of evening hospitality.

Room is acceptable compared to the price

The staff is not much freindly and welcoming. The elevator seems old. The breakfast does not have basic options such as sweet snacks or enough of them (it was finished before we arrived and not refilled) no cleaned tables were available for breakfast and all the tables were used and not cleaned after that for us to use. Only one person was available to refill breakfast and clean the tables, so it is understandable that one person cannot do everything.

Food was great, other things like bed, toilet, shower, towels, sheets and other was dirty, smelly and the place was really difficult to find.

As a family of six (2+4) the only good thing about this hotel - convenient beds.

We were accommodated in the second building (dormitory like) which didn't meet our expectations. The location could be nice, however there is construction work nearby hotel territory - due to the works and all the vehicles we could not leave for more than 20 minutes, which is frustrating as we ended up in a big queue at our hiking destination...

Very good beds- we slept as a babies

Everything is very old- back to 1965 ?SPA isn’t at the hotel, it is 16km down to the city

Environment

The room is cold, heating is not enough. Thermal is 18km away from the hotel.

Location nearby ski slopes, great views on highest picks of Tatra montains. Atmosphere and architecture of building and all faciliites.

Small elevator.

Very close to the slope, ski rental and instructors were available. Room was very big and comfortable.

Restaurant only open until 7pm and not every day.

Location was perfect! Outside of crowded cities, without market stalls. Beautiful views over Tatra Mountains. Close to ski slopes and lifts. Each day vouchers for local Aquapark "Termy Zakopiańskie" were a great add-on! Food was correct, large selection for breakfast, dinners on average. All in all the atmosphere of the 90s of a bygone era.

Both tourist building as well as main building have their best days behind them. The smell of cleaning agents was so strong that, before stepping in to our room, we had to ventilate it. Beds were not comfortable.

Close to Morskie Oko. And that's probably the main benefit.Large parking lot, good breakfast and the room has a balcony and a fridge.

Very old building. It seems that some kind of repair was done, but it was so superficial that it was almost imperceptible. In our room, the toilet did not close, you could feel the broken tiles under your feet, which were covered with carpet. Towels were missing at all. There was only one small one, which seemed to be used by someone before us and that's all, although there were three of us.Surprised by the late breakfast. It starts at 8, although many get out early in the mountains. It seems that this was done on purpose to sell tourist breakfasts as a separate service.

If you are arriving on a 4x4 quad ready to travel through a forest path - good luck

I didn't manage to get to the place, the Google-maps and my Car-maps could find the place - I ended up on a road shoulder in the middle of nowhere, gave up, and chose another place; I tried to contact the hotel in the arrival evening but none responded, to my request to refund either.
