Abbey Court

Perfect!!!! Love all the extras including spa and indoor pool

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful, food was lovely and the room was very nice to.

No sleep due to very noisy kids running up and down the corridor slamming doors left by themselves

Breakfast hot buffet selection and temperature and taste were all very good and the serving staff excellent. The Coffee snack bar and Reception lounge area works well.

The cost of B &B for a single person was too expensive way in excess for a rural town hotel. I had to push through 4 heavy Fire Doors to get to my room. It was a large room and lacked an armchair. The TV had no reception.

Left early morning so no breakfast! Disappointed your coffee service in the Lobby was not open…

Early morning coffee available…not the instant in the room…YUCK

Meal was fine

The bed was very uncomfortable as it was very hard. As I have chronic arthritis in my lower back I found it impossible to get comfortable and accordingly I did not have a good nights sleep. Correct that problematic mattress and I might come back When it came for me to get up I did so in severe pain and accordingly my mobility was compromised.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted me in obtaining a reputable private driver for the next portion of my journey. My room was the largest and nicest of my entire trip to Ireland! I will definitely stay here on future trips!

Very scenic and well equipped exercise facility.

Music well past midnight didn’t make for a restful night. Next morning front desk said there was a wedding reception. So given the choice of being a hotel for rest or a venue for hire, they obviously chose the latter.

Excellent beautiful hotel and grounds, close to the town and plenty of parking, lovely staff

Lovely breakfast in lovely dining room with lovely staff

Had a hair appointment booked in the in house hair salon with over 2 months and found out it was closed the morning of.was never contacted to cancel appointment and was a wedding guest.very disappointed

Really large room with all fscilities you could possibly need. Lovely coffee ststion with baked goods in the foyer. Leisure centre excellent. Bar food very good. Staff really lovely, friendly, helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Bit dated but in a nice way

The property was a lovely building with a great bar and nice pub grub food. Most staff couldn’t be more helpful.

On check in (12;30) we were told our room wasn’t available. we highlighted that we rang the night before to see if we could check in early for a wedding. They said they would try their best. When we arrived to see if the room was ready , we noticed other people were able to check in , approx 7 different rooms. At 1:30 , we were still told our room wasn’t available which was disappointing to say the least

The room was lovely and fresh.. food always lovely Bar and breakfast staff lovely Ladies on check out desk lovely too

The man on the desk when I arrived. He’s so abrupt and unwelcoming. That’s the second time I’ve experienced that with him when being there. No water or biscuits with tea in the room

The hotel is lovely, very well located and plenty of parking! The food was lovely. My partner is gluten intolerant and there were so many options for him! The leisure facilities are brilliant but the staff made the stay 10 times better! They were so friendly and accommodating!! I honestly cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely stay here again just because of the staff!!

The bed was slightly too hard for us and we couldn’t get booked into the spa for a treatment but that was mostly our fault for leaving it too late to book

Lovely staff big clean rooms comfy bedBar food excellent

No room service unfortunately. Evening Staff not that helpful. Morning staff lovely. Clean hotel.

Everything -the staff , facilities and the food quality at breakfast and dinner were all excellent.

The only adverse issue was the shower….the temperature was difficult to adjust and was either too hot or too cold and the water pressure was far too high

Reception staff could not find fully paid booking on their system or print out at desk. Breakfast service was absent until going to bar staff to find staff on duty.
