Very good breakfast buffet, free/easy parking, good/central location, friendly staff

Mattress too soft, music until 11pm, smoking on the balcony of the other rooms and the smoke drifting into my room

Staff is extremely friendly. The remodeled dining area is very nice and modern. The breakfast buffet is one of my favs.

Rooms are a little dated. But we understand they are starting to update them. So as the rooms get updated, this place is going to shine!

Very good location - very close to the city centre but also away from the noise and bustle. Very friendly and professional staff who found ways to help and support.

Would have loved to stay longer - but the schedule did not allow!

Great buffet style breakfast and good coffee as well. The staff knows their stuff and are friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor and indoor restaurant/bar space, very calming due to the Aquarium, could read a book all day there.

The location was good, really in the center. The parking place was away just couple of minutes of drive.Friendly stuff..we were given full information how to find *weinguts* We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out.

I would have preferred the sauna would have been opened longer than 19.30 as at the end it was a spa town or there should have been more information how it should be arranged.

Excellent breakfast included in the price. Comfortable but small room. Quiet and central location in centre of town

The staff at Hotel Krupp was very friendly. When we were at the bar, they told us about the floods a few years ago which have devastated the hotel. Now, the hotel has been completely refurbished and renovated. Fotos of the floods can be found around the hotel.

There was no parking space around the hotel, as the street was closed. We would like to be better informed about this, as we were searching for hours.

Breakfast was nice. Hoel situated in the middle of town. Very friendly staff. Nice clean bathroom with a bath.

I loved everything, superior service, central location, modern rooms with balcony. Bathrooms are sparkling. Definitely coming back

Breakfast was great. Replenish hot items (eggs, bacon) a little more frequently.

Shower in our room was very small.

I had 2 tv s in the room, both reacted simultaneously to the remote. The room was so small as a broom closet.

Stayed here before,friendly staff, especially Julian.

A great restoration after the flood. The town is recovering and this is a perfect place to stay and eat.

Had to pay extra for air-conditioning .Musste 8 Euro pro Nacht für das Klimaanlage bezahlen!

The staff were really nice and helpful.

They should be tea/coffee facility in the rooms.

Great place although the food a little over priced for the quantity given - the Standard however was excellent
