Hotel Ahrbella

Late Check-Inn was well prepared, personal was very nice and breakfast was rich. Everting in the rooms was clean and tidy.

Mattress was too soft. I would appreciate a medium- hard one.

Room was very clean, the receipt very friendly and also the breakfast and room was very nice. The location is very close to the center where to find nice restaurants, I will come back.

No private parking however parking is available across the street.

The position,BreakfastRoom

No lift but ok..

Well located Hotel in a lovely spa town recovering slowly from their flood disaster.

The apartment was so elegant and lofty.Beautifully curated.Very comfortable bed, super facilities. The gardens looked lovely. We were able to charge our electric car at the hotel. We liked the lady owner very much. She was charming.Breakfast was very good.

friendly people. free parking

bathroom a bit old fashioned. no bar/restaurant at hotel. room was in separate building

Fantastic location and incredibly nice staff.

Beds were quite uncomfortable, internet access was very patchy

Very familiar atmosphere, friendly and very supportive staff, self-service of drinks, quiet room and atmosphere in spite of location close to the station, good breakfast including large choice of fruits.

Difficult to use the historic wooden stairs without creating significant noise. Very little storage space in the room.

Friendly helpful staff and great location

Could hear talking from other rooms so could be a bit more soundproofed to make it totally comfortable

The staff was very friendly. We also received good recommendations about what to do in the surroundings. The location is good if you want to visit the Ahr valley. Everything was clean. Varied breakfast (but no croissant or sweet pastery). Free parking in front of the hotel. Train station in front of the hotel (for those who need it). Nice atmosphere in the hotel.

The room wasn’t really big and it was hot. You can open both windows, but there was quite some noise in the street at night (on a Tuesday) so we had to close them in the middle of the night. The double bed was actually two seperate boxspring beds put together. The top matress moved a lot, which was annoying. Quite some stairs to climb to our bedroom on the second floor (could be annoying with heavy bags or if you are not fit).

Great location, nice room, good breakfast

No own parking, but public parking just in front

It's a lovely place to stay! The hotel has amazing interiors and it's centrally located.

The staff could use the chat function of Booking.com.

Friendly famliy run business with a arm welcome.

For the price, the cleanliness was lacking. Radiator was full of dust, not cleaned for a long time. The housekeepers forgot first day to provide second towel and then second night left the cleaning cloth on the chair. Normally would not matter, but being a 3 star hotel I would expect better. Also, not even a free water bottle in the room. There was a price tag on it. Noisy with the room by the main road.

Breakfast

Automatische light, in the hal

All good.

Could do with air con during summer months.
