Steigenberger Hotel Bad Neuenahr

The room was clean but not in line with Steigenberger

Lift did not work. Restaurant was closed. No shower gel in the shower. Staff were indifferent to all.

Good location, nice surrounding area and complete facilities.

Inconvenient opening times of facilities like sauna and bar.

Super isolation, great bed, good breakfast, big indoor pool, gym, friendly staff, aircon

No towels in gym (also only one very old mat), no room service

Nice room with great storage area in the room. Very well isolated. Great breakfast. Perfect gym, sauna and pool

Swimming pool a bit cold (not 29 degree as claimed). Parking situation unclear upon arrival. Nespresso tabs not refilled daily (on 2 tabs provided on arrival, for 2 people/2 nights)

Clean. Friendly staff.

No possibility to charge electric car.

Too much money for a marginal room.

We had a very small dog in a bag (1,4 kg) and were quite rudely escorted out of the breakfast restaurant. "Deluxe Room" was not 36 m2 as described in booking.com. No indication on booking.com about the construction work around the hotel.

Everything was newly renovated, clean. Many details which makes the stay exceptional. No noise at all, very calm and relaxing stay.

Main restaurant was closed, parking is limited.

Very friendly staffGreat breakfast and breakfast areaPet friendly

Our room was not fully ready and the aircon did not workThe old spa is still being restored and there were a lot of fences of scaffolding till upConcept not quite ready, but pleasant

Bar and reception interior. Paintings in the corridors.

There were no slippers in the room and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Location, clean.

Nothing to complain. Missing the pool.was still under renovation.

Nice & clean

We booked two rooms with 2 single beds in each room but when we arrived at the hotel we were told they don’t have single beds available and they don’t have two single beds in any of their rooms It was a misrepresentation of the rooms available in the hotel and it was disappointing

Hotel is brand new and worth the price quality

We left some personal belongings in the fridge occasionally and the personal through it away without informing us about that in before hand! This has ruined all the good impressions we had about the hotel!

Newly renovated after the flooding. Very cosy and stylish.very kind staff. Excellent breakfast

The beautiful garden/park. The classy atmosphere. The cuisine, the friendly staff, the beautiful room with air conditioning

It was lovely

The pool & sauna are not open yet.
