    Pros +

    • Lovely setting, beautiful garden, balcony views and a superb dinner.
    • Beautiful hotel with a really nice style! We loved the spa area! The pool was amazing to swim in and the sauna was really nice. Our room was comfy and had quite a bit of space and the view was nice. The staff were very friendly.
    • Super breakfast. Lovely room. Really nice spa area. Very friendly.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are on the small side but it is an old art deco building so not a surprise.
    • Prices were a bit on the higher side of hotels in the area. Other than that, I can't think of anything I would change. This is the third time we've stayed there in 6 months, and will go back again.
    • Everything was good.

What a wonderful weekend getaway in this family run hotel spanning four generations! We loved the new wellness area with its good sized pool, jacuzzi and saunas. The food was excellent - and the delicious breakfast a good start to the day. The staff was kind and helpful with special thanks to Vanessa for her patience with the four of us for every meal and choosing great local wine! This area is recovering from the 2021 floods slowly but surely and we were so glad we visited to support their efforts. There is so much to see and do in the Ahr region. Thank you Villa Aurora for the lovely stay! We’ll be back!

Room was great, large with ample space for luggage and seating. Breakfast was great and always had plenty to chose from. Location was easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and trails for walking. Staff were very friendly and personable.

Prices were a bit on the higher side of hotels in the area. Other than that, I can't think of anything I would change. This is the third time we've stayed there in 6 months, and will go back again.

Very comfortable bed - I got a great night's sleep! Very clean room and the service was excellent. Breakfast room had basic stuff but was very good. Perfect location! They have parking but it's street parking. I would definitely stay again.

We had a one night stopover on route back to Rotterdam and found the hotel to be exceptionally. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a small fridge in the walk-in wardrobe with couple of bottles of beer inside (complimentary) which was gratefully consumed. There were also complimentary bottles of water.A great breakfast was also provided in a lovely room overlooking the river. The location was also good for walks along the river and also a couple minutes walk into town for shops, bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay here again when we next visit the area.

    Everything was good.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the very comfortable room with balcony and a Dyson air cooler. Altogether a fantastic place to stay. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. There was also a walk-in wardrobe.

Breakfast was excellent. Well stocked, diverse choices, attentive staff. Room over looking river was great.

Better maid service daily, making beds etc. Locals in Bad Neuenahr can be a bit snobbish, but the staff at the hotel were excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful dining room and lovely staff. Food excellent.

Nothing. Everything was lovely . Beautiful atmosphere around the place. Family owned business and it really showed with the attention to detail everywhere.

The range of food was good. Room is very comfortable.

Room key was old type. It takes little bit time to open and close.

    9PaulynPosted on: 11-27-2022

Breakfast is good. Our room was very spacious. The terrace and the little living room inside the hotel room were a delight. Close to supermarkets. The staff were helpful and friendly!

They are still repairing the hotel from the floods so we expected that the hotel is not yet finished. The lift is not yet working so that's something to keep in mind. I would suggest to reduce the price of the room due to what I mentioned above.

Nice location and clean rooms. Hotel is currently (november 2022) still under construction after the 2021 floods. However they provide a great atmosphere to enjoy and a good breakfast. Friendly owners.
