Location. Close to motorway.

Tired. In need of renovation. No spare pillows. Only one towel. Heating not working.

Easy access - very clean place and rooms - breakfast of good value for the money

We booked it 30 mins before turning up because another hotel let us down and they were very friendly.

WIFI often not working, a problem with IP autoconfiguration

The stuff is always helpful and friendly, the breakfast was pleasant. Location and convenience is a plus. Rooms are spacious enough and beds are comfortable.

The facilities are showing a lot of wear and tear, which is even more noticeable for us as we stay here every year on our way back from the holidays. The price is starting to not match the offer unfortunately. The place is in need of renovation.

Bit tired outside, our internal door jammed shut. Restaurant should be better for evenings.

Staff was very friendly (they even called me to make sure I arrived).Very quiet and pitch dark at night.

The light over the bed was insufficient to read.

Bad

Wasn’t very clean at all, two rooms skirtings were hanging off wall and damp in corners of rooms. Had to be moved into other rooms which weren’t much better. Air con didn’t work. Some of the air con machines had all fronts missing. Rooms smelled of cigarettes.

The staff were excellent

We've used this place many times. Year by year it looks more "run down".

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel is very tired and rundown. It states there would be a full renovation beginning of 2023 however we are now in July 2023 and nothing has changed since our last stay 12 months ago. Guests are clearly allowed to smoke in their rooms as you can smell the cigarette smoke coming through your walls. The rooms are unclean and the bathroom is dirty and dangerous. The heater looked particularly dangerous as it looked like it had burnt marks on it. The paint was peeling off the walls and the doors don’t close properly so you don’t feel safe and secure. The breakfast is sparse and stale, and coffee machine always broken. We only stayed for one night as a stop over to Switzerland as the location is great. It has never been the best but a promise of a renovation we thought we would try again much to our disappointment …. However more hotels have opened up in the area of a similar price but better standards so will be trying one of those in future.

Position, stuff, parking.

Typical Campinile, looking a bit ‘tired’ but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop. Easy to find. Quite close to the large American WW2 cemetery which is immaculately cared for and worth a visit. We were early in the season so no evening meal option but plenty of places just a few minutes drive away in town. Breakfast very good with lots of options both hot and cold.

Nothing to dislike. We use Campinile a lot for overnight stops - you know what you will get.

Everything else ok

The room was a.bit small. Hard to get into.bed on the left hand side as little space between the bed and the wall.

Overall the hotel does not look very appealing from the outside; bathroom was not okay
