Overpriced breakfast, no dinner, no bar and nowhere within walking distance to eat in the evening. Rather soulless.

Friendly personnel and quiet hotel rooms. Ample parking.

The hotel was very easy to find and it was easy to get into and out of the parking lot. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast area was large and quite nice. The breakfast was better than what we have found at other B & B Hotels. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a shopping area nearby with plenty of places for dinner. We were in the area for a memorial at the American Cemetery and the location was great. The room itself was a very good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. Everything was very clean and we felt welcomed. We even went to a Pin-Up Festival in town the next day and, the day after that, to the Centre Pompidou Metz, which was wonderful.

Quiet, easy to reach, clean, very friendly personnel, abundant breakfast

Very clean room & bathroom, very friendly stuff & great location (safe and quiet area, plus it has a lots of stores and eating places nearby). The breakfast area and the drinking lounge are the best when you travel by group and you want to enjoy some quality time all togheter.

There is the most friendly stuff - ready to help you in any way you need. The room is spacious and clean. I especially loved the bathroom design! The location is perfect to enjoy Saint Avold, but also the surroundings (Metz or some German city on the boarder). It has everything at hand - next to the B&B there are stores, a pizza and a burger place & a great boulangerie. ? I highly recommend this accomodation!

everything was smooth, no problems. breakfast not bad and few other choices on a weekend in rural France. Nice shower.

Rural France on a weekend is hard being alone and restaurants are either closed, or requiring a reservation; otherwise, there's fast food ugh. But this has nothing to do with hotel other than its location in a rural town.

V. Clean and everything looked like new. Beds comfortable and extra pillows provided. Breakfast was good, and staff v. Welcoming and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff, tasty scrambled egg & dog friendly

I found the room a bit cold at night but my partner found it perfect temperature! Perhaps a blanket or throw on the bed giving guests the choice of whether to use it or not would be a welcome addition?

Travelling from Salzburg to UK, this was the perfect location to break our journey. Needed Dog friendly accomodation, B&B hotel Saint Avold ticked all the boxes for us and our dog. Will happily stay again on future journeys.

Only downside was limited evening food opportunities close by.

Very easy to reach from motorway.

Flooring, not enough towels for two people, no toiletries, had to ask for soap at reception.

Room was spotless, staff were very nice and helpful, fantastic position, just off motorway, well located, plenty of parking outside front of hotel.Hotel was well laid out and nicely furnished from foyer to bedroom.

No things we did not like, cannot think of any negative comments.

We have stayed on several occasions en route to Calais from Italy., the breakfast was very good with a big selection of eats, hot and cold, and it's good location for us, we will select it again but request a room upstairs as they are quieter. The staff are pleasant which is a plus after travelling for over 10 hours!

This stay we didn't like the ground floor room, and we shall request a room as we've had before upstairs which is quieter.Otherwise a very good stop and so near to the motorway.

Good clean and comfortable

Check-in was simple and the room was easy to access. It was clean and comfortable and had tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and was plentiful. There was adequate parking.The hotel was located fairly close to the motorway so was easy to stop at whilst travelling through.

We had a room for 3 people but cups and towels were only set up for two people whilst reception were helpful it would have been better that these things were in the room in the first place.

We stay here with our dogs each year when we are coming back from our summer vacation and it’s always nice.

Conveniently situated. Few minutes from the A4 and 20 minutes walk into town. Comfortable with a decent sized room.

For a good basic hotel it was overpriced. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned or made up and the one we then had smelled of smoke despite being no smoking. Access to milk to make tea or coffee would have been useful.

Late arrival possible - no problem - parking in front of the hotel
