Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Evening meal was excellent. Prices were not too expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is in the one location but you are also near to other venues to explore, cafes, bars, shops. Free parking is provided at the Hotel De Ville ( Town Hall ) Only a couple of minutes walk away, whilst you are also able to park outside the hotel for unloading.
Very welcoming with good service in the restaurant.
A lift would have been good but otherwise fine.
Staff was friendly
No air-condition, no fridge, poor condition to stay.
Clean, basic accommodations in a good location. Close to cafes, quiet at night. Big room.
Pictures on Booking were much nicer than the room. Decor was institutional at best.
This place is an amazing find. The room is basic but has everything you need. The food - breakfast and dinner was above and beyond. The place is organised around the patisserie, so not surprising? It was incredibly good value and a welcome change from the corporateness of chain hotels. Lots of single guests, just travellers minding their own business, so I didn’t feel conspicuous as a woman travelling alone. The staff were friendly and spoke English much better than my schoolgirl French.
The internet is slow - but it does work!
Great friendly service, exceptionally clean rooms, nice pastries
Maybe more artwork in the rooms
