Difficult to get my invoice

It has been always an issue to have a proper invoice on time! When I was there, they made a wrong invoice and told me they couldn’t correct it at the moment and will send me the right one in 1 or 2 days. But till now, 1 week almost past, I don’t get the right invoice. It has been blocking me to get paid from my company!

We didn’t have rooms when we arrived even if was confirmed but then they managed to find two rooms, location was difficult to find, next to massive industrial plants

Staff were so lovely and the hotel was really clean. Location for onwards travel was excellent.

Couldn't work the air con that's all

Everything is very nice.The receptionists are very enthusiastic and friendly,they helped me a lot at night.Breakfast is good.

Difficult to find in the dark, felt more like a truckers overnight stop, no kettle or bottle of water in room, bathroom missing some towels

Just for one night stop it was bereable.

Rooms had problem with heating. Staff spoke English very poorly. Rooms nbot so clean.

The hotel is conveniently located off the busy Strasbourg-Metz highway. It provided for a quiet and comfortable lay-over. Accommodation was very good, so was the dinner and the early breakfast conveniently starting at 06:30 am since we were on our way from Greece to England. Hotel and restaurant staff were professional with the nice touch of French savoir-vivre.

The check-in and the check out process were smooth.The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms had good size beds and toilets.Both rooms had TV, one smart and the other an older model. The hotel accommodated our late check-in request.

The initial allocated rooms were far away from each other. After requesting the reception staff, they changed one of the rooms to be closer to the other but we were charged an additional fee for that. Breakfast was not included in the booking and we were told that it could be made available for an extra per person charge.

This property was close to the motorway.The staff were first class and very helpful.Room was good with lift access which was good for us as we are both in our 80s.Had a couple if drinks at the bar served by a very charming young lady.

Handy for location just off the motorway but nothing else there. Good food and nice and helpful staff

Good breakfast with a large choice ! Thanks to the staff for their kindness, especially a ginger woman who were so helpfull and so dedicated to us !

The hotel has plenty of parking and safe for motorcycles. You are pleasantly surprised when you enter the hotel and find it to be well decorated and clean, food is good value for money.It has a bar and restaurant which is good it is not possible to find anything close by and the walk to the town is too far.

Location, you are in the middle of a lorry park, if the hotel was in another location it would be perfect

supper was good, breakfast a bit depleted by the time i got down to eat.Location excellent. Met my needs very we;;. Room and facilities v good.

Better sign posting to actually find the hotel off the main road is required.

There was a problem on arrival at the hotel which was due to their email going into my junk mail. However, they were very helpful and resolved everything to our satisfaction. The food was excellent!

This hotel would have been called a 'relais routier' in the old days as it is positioned next to a lorry park but the food is excellent.The rooms are clean and quiet.There is an excellent bar and a very nice terrace to sit out and eat and drink.Close to the A26.

Air conditioning was a bit hard to control and no info.

This is a real gem of a hotel for a stop-over on a long journey. It is located just a couple of minutes off Autoroute A4 J37. The surroundings are a little odd with major truck parking but it was very quiet. The friendliness of the staff was truly exceptional. The food was really good and very reasonably priced - 3 course menu of the day for under 17Euros - and was accompanied by an extensive wine list. We will definitely be using it again when our travels take us in that direction.
