The house od pretty, the location very convenient. The rooms are very basic, but sufficient.

It was really close to the center, nice decent hotel in the city center. The host was welcoming and helpful.

The room could use more cleaning and care.

The location is great, and the bed was comfortable. There was a tv in the room as well as water bottles. The staff was really nice and helpful! There's no breakfast available at the property, but there are some bistros nearby.

Cleanliness was not at a high level (the bathroom and shower, especially)The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbours even though they were not super loud (the tv was on)But the price was not super high either, so overall, I would say it's a decent place to stay close to the centre.

Nice place, nice hosts. We ordered room quite late, but called by phone and got a room . There is no breakfast option, but they offer some cofee

There were small things broken so it was not possible to open the window in ventilation mode in the bathroom and also in the bathroom it wasn't possible to close windows with roleta.

I really liked stuff, they were really nice and polite, even told us what's worth sightseeing and where is good food. There was no problem with me coming back late. The parking was huge so there was no problem with finding a spot to leave the car safely, garden was beautiful and taken care of. Room was small but it wasn't a problem because it had everything that you could possibly need.The bed was really comfortable and it was the first time in a long time that my sleep was this good. Location is really great, it's close to market square, there's a bus stop close to it and also few shops what's more the location was really chill and quiet.

The house is located in a green garden. The landlord was kind. I was happy, that room was bright and very modestly equipped (no ceramic statues and acessories as dust collectors, no stupid inscriptions, no kitschy photos and pictures).

The bathroom, especially the shower and all the corners in the bathroom could use a better cleaning. It would also be great to put towel and clothes racks in the bathroom.

The castle itself is a beautiful property in a beautiful and calm surrounding of the park. The black birds made an unforgettable symphony of serenity to my ears :-) Good even during business trip to have such a "switch off".

Lack of WiFi and (independent on the property) poor telephone service in the area. However the owner is already working on the WiFi solution :-)

The location, the building,the serenity.Kasztanowy Dwór is located in a historical manor, a place where the officers casino, of a nearby Austro-Hungarian empire's military unit barracks, used to be. Now it is being renovated, and refurbished for the needs of this project.It's simply oozing with history, a lot of work is taking place there, but you get to sleep in a Biedermeier furniture.That was one of my best nights sleep ,I've had in awhile. Surrounded by hundreds of trees and with a really big parking lot. Birds wake you up in the morning. the host is extremely polite, helpful & open minded. The ceilings are high.On the place you can order additional breakfast(with very goad bread). The manor id guarded by , a well-groomed German shepherd named Batman(see photos attached), taken care of by both the staff and the owner,He is kept during the day in his part of the parking lot, but not chained. It has all the hallmarks of a small boutique resort hotel in the mountains & the price for the experience is an absolute bargain. in the hallway the host has left for all guests to take tea, coffee& milk, fresh water with lemon to take and prepare. drink in your rooms, if you wish to. extremely family friendly place.

Bear in mind that all of the remarks in in this section might not be UTD, when you reserve the place, cause it still is being worked on, No Wi-Fi, but that's not what you go the Beskidy, The staircase inside the building lacked a handrail, also a handrail under the shower would be nice. also the road to the manor could use some additional signs to find the manor(its so covered with ivy, and trees), its hard to notice. Reception should open a bit earlier.... And for the representable needs the entrance should be from the front not from the back, but I'm sure it will be so before I visit them again.

The mansion is a rebuilt historic buiding near the center of the town, and our stay was just exceptional. :) We like the atmosphere of the ancient buildings which are well preserved, and this one was a great example. A wonderful dining area, high ceilings, renovated rooms and a very welcoming and helpful owner who seems to have a great passion to this building and his work. We definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Everything was good, nothing to write here.

The bed was good enough. The toilet was clean. The facilities were just what we needed as we were also able to borrow the shared fridge. Good location.

There was no WiFi at all in the place. The room had very thin walls; you could hear someone talking outside the room and we had very terrible luck as the other guests were extremely loud and noisy all night long even during sleeping hours. We reported this to the staff and asked for his help, but he refused to do anything - he just told us to put up with it all night. Although the behaviour of other guests is not directly the responsibility of the place, we would of course appreciate that the place/staff could help create a calm environment for everyone, especially during sleeping hours. The curtain rod is also very oddly shaped, so you can't completely cover the window. And there was a poor guard dog chained outside all alone; unsure if the owner is aware, but this is animal abuse.

Everything. Very wonderful atmosphere, staff, design, breakfast, rooms and location. And the dog kennelled outside is called Batman. How kool is that? Definitely coming here again. And if get married this will be the venue ????
