Great location, nice views, automated check in process

Price / value ratio, I think this property is benefiting from lack of an acommodiation in the area, I was expecting more from “deluxe suit” - not much of a luxury inside, non functional bath, could be cleaner and I would appreciate smart TV. Also design of the room was a bit odd with thin walls. I was also expecting breakfast to be included in price.

Everything was very good. My room was very clean and I had a good view on the former beautiful department store Breda. I was very happy to be able to check in during the time when the reception is staffed. Because otherwise it is stressful to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is situated about 5 min by foot from the Silesian Opera and the main square of the nice city of Opava!

Hotel is located in city center - noisy location. With closed windows in the room is stuffy. With open it's noisy.

Check-in system doesn't work. I got wrong room number, couldn't print invoice. Support by telephote below any expectations. They gave me wrong room number, and other client lived there already. When I called them to solve the situation, they couldn't understant the issue. As e result, I spent all money on my mobile account, and finally got single room (while room with 2 beds was prepaid). And no any words of excuse at the end.

Great location, right in the centre of town. Parking was available and free. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Good value.

Great central location. Not four star, but good enough for the money. Opava is cool.

We were forced to take a shower in the bathtub, which is nor convinient neither pleasent. Seperate beds, there didn´t seem to be an option of a kingsize bed for couples.

Fruit at breakfasts could be served in a more accessible manner

Really friendly, polite and professional staff (at the reception), rooms kinda spacious, clean, well facility equipped, beds maybe harder than you might be used to, but personally I preferred. Also, having a bathtub in a room is a (maybe?) underrated advantage. Balconies are also really nice to have.

The rooms would take on an another whole level if they were painted with a regular white or darker tones (grey), the unnatural green or orange colors are really off-putting.

Easy check in. Nice stuff. Clean room.

Breakfast could start at 6am. Beside that all perfect!

Nice hotel, nice staff, great location almost in the center of the city, enough park place.Nice, spacious bathroom.Breakfast is great.The staff also helped us with leaving our luggage for storing before our room was ready and put them in to the room.

The balcony is great, but don't expect to sit there as there's not much space.Also, the reception is not 24/7 - when closed you use a check-in kiosk, so no service at that moment.

Access to the hotel parking lot is complicated, as most of the surrounding streets are one-way traffic.At the arriving there was no living people at the reception. Only automatic machine to self check in. After driving car of 10 hours it took me two hours to register- something went wrong, although i tried to follow the long instruction they have sent me before. I'm traveling lot but i see such machine for the first time. I wanted to see, where is my room, and i got stuck in the elevator, because it has no function without card. I called help button and finaly found my way back stairs down. Then i called by phone to help me someone to check in because there was no way to do it with autonatic machine. The next guests after me also had a problem with that machine. Finnaly officer came and helped me to check in. I will never be back to this hotel again.

Very happy with our stay! The lady at the reception was extremely friendly, helpful, answered all questions! Our room was very clean, for sure it was a renovated room, simple but modern. I am not sure how other rooms look. We stayed on the 6th floor.bathroom was very clean and totally sufficient. Breakfast was very satisfying. It was a great stay.

Location is fine, there is a good bathroom and balcoon... Internet connection is enough.

Cleaning is very important for me and room was not clean. Although this, there is not problem in the bed but other places especially seats was not okey. Breakfast was not not fresh....Remaining all of point is not satisfied exculude internet and , I will not choose again... Although this, ofcourse it's stayable but check if you have any other option...

The location was great and I had a city view - which I liked very much, tho at night some drunk people were shouting and I had my window open but then I fell asleep...it was only a matter of a few minutes, other than that it was quiet. I was worried re. the breakfast but it was fine :) it's not a simple breakfast, you get eggs and sausages as well as other hot food, so it was nice. Staff was nice.

They do have a shampoo but I was missing a conditioner and my hair is long, so it was a shame I couldn't use it. Imagine the pain of brushing my hair afterwards :D

great location, super easy check in, tasty breakfast. we also had a dinner at the restaurant and it was very good.
