KATERAIN hotel, restaurace, wellness

The hotel is easily accessible by car, with its own parking lot. The rooms are well equipped, clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although our room faced the main road, there was no noise.

The breakfast ran out quickly and we had to ask for a refill. The staff took immediate action. It was not a problem just a remark.

Nice and quite place. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Not working spa and that was not mentioned when I booked it

Spacious room. Very friendly staff. I left hotel before breakfast was served, but was able to get coffee and was offered the breakfast box to take away.

The single bed was quite narrow. No complimentary water in the room

Staff were helpful and friendlyParking area was fairly big and safe

Room was bit cold at nights

Hotel has an excellent restaurant. We had a lunch and dinner and meals were very delicious. Absolutely amazing are smoked ribs. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Private parking on site.

There is no lift in the hotel so it is a bit tricky when you have more baggage with you.

Good position. Very good restaurant and breakfast

It was a pity that welness center was still closed

A enjoyed the whole stay. The bed was big and so comfortable. Staff was very helpful when I needed directions and the restaurant! I have never had such a tasty steak!

Comfy bed, clean room, very good breakfast

Katerain hotel is an exceptional experience for the price. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful.

My only complaint would be the noise outside the hotel. Because of the restaurant connected to the hotel, there was usually noise until 11pm or later.

Breakfast was nice, adequate choice.

Staff unable to assist with simple requests, everyone there was under 20 years old, no experienced adults. Room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Then no housekeeping over the weekend. No fresh towels. Broken air conditioning. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great breakfast!

The wellness was closed for the summer, and not part of the price.

The hotel had a lovely restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which was popular both with guests and local alike. The location of the hotel was also goon and a few minutes walk outside the square. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable choice for all tastes. Also plenty of car parking space, the landscape around the car park, back of the hotel was well looked after and maintained

Nothing really

Central location 5 min walk from city center, fair price, elevator to the floor. Parking on the back yard. Cozy rooms, clean and comfortable. Fair breakfast. Staff very friendly.

We arrived late on Thursday evening, there was no food not in the hotel, not to order from elsewhere, only pizza. All the weekend, from Friday till Monday, hotel was not cleaned, not in the rooms not in corridors, Pizza's box layed behind the door in the corridor till the Monday. On Sunday the restaurant was closed after 7 pm. On the first day of our stay we came to the parking late at night, but the gates was closed, nobody answered to open them. Twin beds in the room was impossible to bring together.

all good. central location, good parking, good room and nice food at breakfast.air conditioning was perfect. nothing to complain.

Location, Věry nice staff, beautiful restaurant and super cosine.

If hot outdoor, too hot in room. The terrible people who cry from the evening and during the night on the street — impossible to sleep if your window is opened.

Room service

There was not always enough food at breakfast for hotel guests

Great atmosphere, friendly staff

2 beds instead one

Comfortable and cozy

Breakfasts are the same all the week…
