i loved the breakfast buffet, the balcony, the comfy "small" room and the vibe.

two separate beds, not a queen sized bed. that the spa or costs 15 francs extra per person.

Upon arrival we received a welcome drink, could choose from a wide range of options. Our room on the first floor had a balcony and beautiful views to the village of Adelboden and the mountains. We loved waking up to see that view! It is important to reserve a parking space because street parking there is very limited.

Great location, comfortable bed, parking in front of the hotel, good breakfast, and friendly smiling staff.There was also a welcome drink which we forgot about but that's ok, next time!

The room was basic and small in UG2, but nice, with everything we needed, including bathrobe, slippers, and body cream. So, we liked it anyway.

Old bathroom with very noisy ventilation, we did complain and nothing vas done to reduce noise. Not acceptable!

Thé hotel is right I the village.

The heating system was broken. They offered us a portable radiator, but still feeling quite old during the night. Won’t recommend to park car in the indoor garage. It is really small and tight if you have a bigger car.

First of all, when we arrived we got upgraded to a bigger room with certainly the best view over the valley and the mountains, it was breathtaking ! Thank you for that. The room was cozy and super clean, nothing fancy, just enough to rest and enjoy the view. The breakfast was really good with many options! Centrally located in Adelboden so many restaurants and shops are near by. An excellent location to stay at if you want to visit the famous Oechnensee in the valley next door.

No atmosphere in the lobby, my room was right behind the staff stock and from 6am the employee were slamming the door, the restaurant was empty at night so book somewhere else

The entire hotel, the resatuarant, the rooms and the bathrooms need serious refurbishing; the disheveled towells need replacement; the staff in the reception is unprofessional and most of the hotel staff does not speak German nor French. The hotel seem to be making money by accomodating tourists from Asia who come for one night and make disproportionate noise during rest hours.

The staff was very friendly. We got a free upgrade for our room with beautiful mountain view. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good. We really can recommend this hotel.

A live violin trio playing romantic music on request. The breakfast was super, and all kinds of fresh baked bread from a warm bakery. Swiss quality and hospitality ! A wonderful panoramic view from the restaurant.
