No apartment style for big family

Rooms very clean, the staff was very kind

Bed are not very comfortable

Kids klub, location. The hotel has a lot of stuff for kids, you can even use their sledges. Bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Bathroom was a bit outdated

Very lovely staff. Room was woww alot bigger then i expected. We loved it. They gave us guest travel card which we used to travel for free on the cable cars.

The staff were exceptional! The hotel is very Family oriented with lots of activities. The hotel is very clean and modern. My room had nice carpet and furniture making it very comfortable to stay. The location was perfect for my planned activities, and I used the free Bahn pass to go on the cable car.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my pet, and we both felt incredibly welcomed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and ensured all our needs were met, making our stay very comfortable.We dined at the hotel's restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the experience was delightful. The food was delicious, with generous portions that left us satisfied. The dining service was impressively fast and efficient, contributing to an overall enjoyable meal experience.The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various transportation options, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, the outdoor parking available for guests is spacious and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for those traveling with vehicles.Overall, this hotel was an excellent discovery! Highly recommended for both solo travelers and those with pets.

Just a beautiful location. Even though it was just my wife and I, it was nice to see young kids with family enjoying themselves in this cool and relaxed hotel.The Receptionist was very helpful and super friendly.Very nice breakfast.Excellent comfortable room.

A regular bathroom door, as opposed to the sliding glass door, would be a little better.Not a huge deal. Just fyi.

1. The hotel is very far from Abelboden center. We visited without a car on a rainy day and walked 40 minutes in the rain to get there. Busses are very infrequent and stop operating around 5pm and there are barely any dinner options close to the hotel. 2. The hotel amenities in Booking list bowling, but the staff didn't know what we were talking about.3. The shower in the double room we first got had a see through glass door. After we complained we got a different room but had we known this in advance we probably wouldn't have booked this room.

The hotel itself is fine, clean, and well maintained.

The location is pretty far from Adelboden itself. If you don't have a car (we didn't) it's either a 30 minutes walk to town or a bus that arrives once an hour and stops at 5 PM. Due to the location, having dinner was a challenge since there aren't any restaurants around.The hotel caters mainly to families as the name suggests, and there are many kids running through the hallways, and making lot's of noise. I guess if you're a parent that's not an issue, for us it wasn't a. pleasant atmosphere.

very nice and polite staffing, the Guys who check-in was really amazing( sorry can not recall his name),and Stephen was very helpful he did guide us about the surrounding areas.Although we did not use the free passes but helpful for free excess to facilities in Adelboden( like cable car/swimming pool)

Good location. Average size room but well planned. Parking next to the hotel. Peaceful.

The layout was a bit confusing with change of the elevator. Was not a big deal for me; but if you are traveling with lots of baggage, it might be a concern.

Nice location. Room was okay, nothing special. Breakfast was good.

Very noisy room. The door to the bathroom is just glass and not soundproof. Very expensive for what you get.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were sparkling-clean with comfortable beds. Location is excellent with amazing view over the alps. Breakfast was very good. Totally recommended for a family retreat.
