The view was amazing

I do not mind that the desk was not manned 24 hours. However, there was no one manning the desk at the published times. I am not used to staying places when you cannot reach any staff.

Once we met the lively staff—the married couple from Spain who helped us with the spa and then breakfast—it was better. But if we had not seen her by accident, we could not have used the sauna. It was strange to have no reception.

A receptionist to help answer questions. The jacuzzi was not working.

Big room with a great view. Beds were comfortable and check-in was easy.

The room could have been a little cleaner. There was dust and hair on the floor and a seemingly used towel in the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful. Beautiful view from the clean and tidy room . We loved it !

When we arrived the room had only been set up for 1 person despite my booking saying 2 people and therefore due to arriving late we only had one pillow and one duvet. No particular facilities available - although it says restaurant this was not open.

Effortless check-in. Property was exactly as described on booking.com. Amazing view over the Adelboden valley.

Location and room was good size

We had been given a wrong code for the check in, and as there was no staff around had to call around to get the correct code for the keys. I had written I need a parking, on the special request box when I made the reservation, but when I arrived, no parking space was reserved for me. Was a bit of a hassle to find somewhere to park.

Good location close to centre of Adelboden. Easy check in (self check in).

A little difficult to find the room due to the outlay of the hotel. Watch out for the city tax payment. As the hotel is self check in you need to pay the tax after you check out via an online payment platform. This is an awkward way of paying the tax.

Nice apartment

Limited facilities, no refill of tea, cups etc. No glass available.Limited cleaning, we still had the bottles left in the room.

The cleaning guy and lady were helpful.

Its the second time we stay here 3 years ago and nothing is improved. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets were stinky.We chose here again because of the price.

Very convenient check in.

The trash was not emptied after the previous guest in our room and we found hairs in the bathroom from the previous guests.

Its a scam. Not a hotel but shared room. Instructions not clear. Expensive price. No safety. Clean every 7 days..so not good at all. Smell hard because people before. Doesnt worth the trip..very unhappy. ...Last email have to pay more...really not good 175 chf for a shared room :(((

The view was nice. higher floor would have been much better as we were obstructed by trees.

Check in was confusing. Nobody at front desk and small signage was not noticeable. Big sign on front door said to go around back to ski shop. Lobby was dark and nobody in there so we went around back to ski shop. Ski shop was dark and there were no signs there. Went back to front desk and found small sign that said there was no reception at the hotel and to check my email for check-in instructions. I was able to find that but it took us 15 minutes of looking around first. A better sign on the front door would have fixed all that.

Close to the center of town

Self check in process was a bit odd, no restaurant anymore, breakfast was listed as 25 CHF but did not see an option for it in the morning

After reading lots of negative reviews about this hotel we were a bit concerned, but the hotel is just regular. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about either. Clean, spacious room with a balcony, bathroom with soap and shower gel, kettle with cups, a couple of instant coffee sachets and tea bags, small fridge. Absolutely fine for an overnight and even a longer stay. We wouldn't mind coming back!

The views from the balcony were breathtaking.

There was a little kitchen in the room but not a single plate or cup. There was instant coffee available and an electric kettle but, without cups, we couldn’t use it.Two cups and a glass would have been excellent.

If you want to stay in Adelboden is a good place!

The restaurant is always close. In my stated time I went to the restaurant to take my breakfast but were closed, I called to the receptionist phone number but nobody answered. Second point, twice the housekeeper open my door even if I was inside, they never knocked.
