Everything was right. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties. Upgraded room free of charge.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was warm and has equipped with kettle and hairdryer as extra bonus. Breakfast was good with warm food, such as scrambled eggs and bacon

Nice view and good position.

Rooms were very tired with damage walls / chairs . Crumbs on the chairs outside . Dirty towels left in the hallway , just general poor standard of upkeep. . Empty shower gel and not enough towels . Not 4 star quality , not even 2. Breakfast no plates at 9.30 when I asked for one ‘they are being cleaned’ and selection of food poor .

Easy going, clean. Room was made available before checkin. Location is ideal. Friendly people.

We need to Pay extra for wellness and also for parking. Breakfast was okay not much to choose. The Restaurant war really confusing it was bakery also asian restaurant and a Bar.

Comfortable, clean room, convenient when traveling with kids. The staff was helpful.

No charging for e vehicles. After I requested a parking (messaged them multiple times via booking and they responded with information) when we arrived they didn’t have any spots available. Plus no charging. Luckily there is a big parking garage with chargers. Staff was not very responsive on the phone. Hotels is very worn out, needs reconstruction asap.

Ok room, but fixing an issue took so much time, mainly because there is no reception there, keys left on the desk, a number to call, numerous promises to come and address, but did not happen for a long time. Breakfast and housekeeping staff professional and helpful, maintenance person (on contract?) said first broken fridge didn't matter since most guests stayed one night only, then said he'd fixed the issue we needed fixed, but this wasn't true. We chose the hotel in part so we could keep food cold, it did matter to us and was part of their website. This is not a 4 star hotel, and we've learned we won't stay in one that doesn't have staff on duty. They could have but did not collect local tourist tax, I must now figure out how to pay when we're home, PayPal wouldn't accept my request. Written by Carolyn

Spacious modern room with incredible view of balcony!

The hotel had good facilities and the room was clean. After the initial problematic staff member, another staff member who worked the evening shift was very courteous and professional. The hotel manager was very understanding and resolved the issue professionally.

My experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the receptionist. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a city tax of 36 CHF instead of 26 CHF as indicated on Booking.com. The staff member tried to force me to pay in cash and refused to accept my Visa card. He even walked me to an ATM. Additionally, I received conflicting information about the breakfast location. Initially, I was told breakfast would be at a nearby hotel under the same management, but this was later denied. When I requested a room change for a better view, I was told the hotel was fully booked, but I saw the same room given to other guests without a reservation. The same staff member later asked for an additional 100 CHF for the new room. Fortunately, the hotel manager was very understanding and resolved the issue.

breakfast was a bit sad, no vegetables and old bread; sauna for additional costs, no gym, carpet everywhere and very dusty room

Was upgraded’ to sister hotel, and my room was upgraded. Hotel was pretty empty.

Very tired decor, I booked late but very expensive for what it was. I live in Switzerland so my comment is not made out of ignorance of Swiss prices. Was just me and a coach party, at 7.40am breakfast was nearly finished and no signs it would be refreshed.

We were actually rebooked to Hotel Beau Site.Staff was so friendly and helpful,especially Nihan :) .Location was perfect,beds were so comfortable.Lots of restaurants and cafes in a walking distance,Our room was with balcony,looking to mountains,amazing view.Very good breakfast

We were very annoyed by our room neighbour,who head the TV volume tuned much too loud untill the morning .the staff tried to silent him,but was not successfull,because the room is permanently rented.

Great room, great food, lovely staff. Was there with a friend for snowboarding. We traveled through Swiss and visited 4 main ski areas. Adelboden was the last ski area and the best, best prices, best slopes. Can't recommend enough!

What a little gem this hotel is. The staff, especially the man that runs check-in etc and the woman at the bar, were so friendly and helpful. Our visit was short but I would return. Thank you for everything.

Breakfast as phenomenal, rooms were big, and the shower, what a shower! roomy and with great pressure. The location is also great, across the street from the bus station right in the main street.
