We had to take 2 rooms and they we not door to door, though they were on on the same floor.Shower was leaking.

Breakfast was OK, but it was kind of poor.Too warm in the room, 25 degrees, we tried to use the airco, but it was not working.

Not so good. Very noisy room, you could hear all the noise from the street all night long.Bathroom was not so clean.The breakfast was very poor, nothing like any Best Western I stayed before. Not much to choose from. A grumpy lady was at the entrance of the breakfast room.I will never return here.

Price was fair, quality of rooms is ok, nice pub downstairs.

Very basic breakfast, very cold rooms with airco not doing its job properly to heat it, gym is a complete disaster (even unsafe for using it).

Beautiful, warm, and clean room and bathroom.

Just stayed one night on New Year's Eve. Nothing to complain about except that was winter and the jacuzzi and swimming pool on the rooftop were closed.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious room. Private free parking right in front of the hotel. Easy access to highway. You need a taxi to get the city center. Excellent for a transit night.

- the room was not prepared when we arrived at 7pm, the sofa bed was not prepared for our daughter even if we had her listed on the booking - the room/apartment was cold when we arrived, the good part was that we had a planned outing for dinner so after we put the radiator on high the room got warm by the time we arrived back. we also had to make sure the wardrobe door is kept closed because it was very cold, cold that was leaking into the room- during the night the hotel experienced a power cut. we didn't had any light in the room or on the hallway for an extensive period of time. we have just got back to the room using the elevator, we don't know what would have happened if we were on the elevator at the moment of the power outage. - the breakfast was a joke, the meats were looking old, dried out; the bread was just couple of slices, no vegetables available anymore, the coffee machine was not working properly and even the staff couldn't make a coffee with milk.- during the morning a mouse run from the room in to the bathroom and from there behind the toilet into the wall, as I was using the toilet. I don't know for how long the mouse was in the room during our stay and if it was not in our beds when we were sleeping. I have announced the staff at the reception about the event but it didn't seem to be much of a trouble or news, probably the surprise was just that I have seen it. They haven't commented on the matter or offering at least a remorse about the event.After this list of issues I will not go on about the old look and feel of the room, with water damaged bathroom door and bath leaking water on the floor from all sides, with phone plugs sticking out of the wall and so on.Overall a very bad experience that I wish no one else would have it especially at almost a 100 euros per night.

we booked one double room & one twin for 4 persons and breakfast was only for 2 and we had to pay extra…

It’s not that I didn’t like but breakfast need some improvement

I have stayed in Best Western Hotels with more ambience but the small swimming pool and jacuzzi were well received in a ambient temperature of +33C°. The staff allowed us to overstay 2 hours on checkout in our air-conditioned room whilst we waited for a train departure.

The breakfast choices were less remarkable than other hotels visited.The waiter in the restaurant was not very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a fruit salad supposedly containing kiwi and banana but the salad served was very semblant of a canned fruit salad without the above mentioned fruits.

Very kind and friendly staff, helpful with everything. They helped with additional toiletries I needed and remembered my request.The bar is awesome and they prepare very good cocktails and food.

The breakfast was non existent ..and the second day they had 3 slices of tomato and salami which smelled like rotten ,honestly ..I had to go outside to eat something as I they didn’t had anything and I’ve paid for having breakfast included ..also the hotel charges a lots of money ,it’s not that nice ,very basic ..

I don’t really have anything bad to say. I stayed for only one night - arrived in the evening and left the next day. I was able to get a late check-out(15:00) without extra charge, as the availability permitted.

The only thing that I did not like was the coffee option in the room, it is instant coffee - but as the hotel has a restaurant and a terrace, it was not actually such an issue.
