The pool and hot tub are massive and the room is modern and spacious and bug bathtub

Rude staff - Horrible restaurant experience long wait for food then served raw chicken and waitress never came to check on us had to go to front to complain about food and staff argued in front of us. Spa services not available

firstly I didn't get the booked room type, unpleasantly warmly in the room,

Food was nice, facilities are ok, indoor and outdoor pools were nice, gym also and sauna.

Not all options in spa were available, finish spa and turkish bath are there but out of work. 3* rooms are not so good. I didn't like the fact that shower and toalet are separated and the shower is basicaly in the room.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was excellent.

No wifi in the room. The air conditioning did not work. The one step/stair located before entering the single digits rooms is very dangerous. There was no light and one can easy fall, sprain the ankle, or even worse, fracture something. It requires a yellow pain/line across the floor and at least a proper lighting before someone gets a bad injury.

Pool, sauna, room, terrace...Cleanliness...

I did not appreciate that cleaning staff took my empty bottles from the cupboard... I needed them...

This hotel is idealy located nearby timosoara's airport.The spa and pools are of very high standard.Indoor and outdoor real swimming pools (not just spa)The personnel at the reception was very friendly and devloted to customers, doing their best to fullfill expectations.Highly recommended

Spacious room with balcony, free parking and well-stocked breakfast. Spa complete with sauna, steam room and swimming pools (which can also be accessed by people not staying at the hotel).

Kind staff but hard to find. Very slow dinner service.

Room and restaurant super clean, food delicious and at reasonable prices. Staff was incredibly nice and flexible, orientated to making the stay pleasant. Beni in particular went above and beyond in making my stay a success.

The pool and the jacuzzi/shower are at the spa are in great need of renovation.

The pool and the sauna was alright. Breakfast was fine, but the room was right on top of the sauna and way to hot. We had to sleep with open windows even after we told the staff. For one night ok.

I fly always through Timisoara. I land at about 11 PM and this hotel, 5 minutes drive from the airport, is a great choice. I have discovered it by mistake 2 years ago. The breakfast is improving with every visit I make. Very good this time, with quality products. I adore the Olympic size pool. Helps me transition from the Work mode to back to my birth city mode.

I had the room on the same level as the spa is located, it was pretty hot and high moisture was feeling in the air...

our room had no supplies in the bathroom and the refrigerator was not refilled. it happens, we got shampoo and conditioner.

Software in room is not working well, iv couldn't enter my room twice, i was waiting 15 minutes becouse software didnt recognize my card, pool was not private at all, it was full of kids that goes into swimming schol, we didnt get things that your application said, i will never again use booking and tell al my friends not to use it becouse u are giving false informations about propertyies

My watch was stolen and left in the room, the employees did nothing about it!

The breakfast

The kitsch everywhere, the jacuzzi is too hot, the cleaning staff could scrub some of the yellow dirt in the corners. Windows could be cleaned. Overall maintenance is poor.
