- You couldn't imagine better location for turists visiting the city. It is literally 1 minute of walking distance to the main square but you will still have peace and quiet room. Not only that, the hotel is amazing, everything is new, clean and beautiful. Comfortable big bed, big TV, coffe machine in the room, hairdryer in the bathroom... Everything is there. The best value for money absolutely

- There is nothing to mention here. Only people who like to park their car in the hotel might not like it because the hotel is in pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. There is large public parking only 5 minutes of walking to the hotel
- Small fridge not working but staff put items in restaurant fridge for me for the night.
- The only minor inconvenience for this hotel was that they are very central (which is excellent), therefore they don't provide a parking spot for your car. If you travel by train or bus, this location is perfect. Still, if you travel by car, you must find a public parking spot around the pedestrian area, or use a complicated public parking system at Piazza 700. If you come in the middle of the night, this could be a bit challenging.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Everything was just fine! I didn't try their breakfast, though.

If you need to order a taxi, you have to be prepared to walk to the pick up point. The Hotel is situated in the core of the pedestrian area.
