Great location, large parking area available, very kind staff, and the place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

It bothered me a bit that the sound insulation was poor, so everything from the surrounding rooms could be heard. There were no slippers provided.

Everything was perfectly fine. The apartment we stayed in (No. 209) was very comfortable. There are plenty of parking spaces, so there’s no need to worry about that. The location is very close to the city center, just a 5-minute drive away.

The restaurant area is not heated, so if you have breakfast and stay during the winter months, keep that in mind (especially if you are staying with children). Breakfast is prepared based on a menu with several options, so there is a bit of a wait. There are no entertainment options for children.

The hotel overall was quite nice, with spacious rooms, a good location, and great parking.

Unfortunately, the staff didn´t speak English (the lady during the day and breakfast) well and was not helpful (boy in the night - he was not local). We paid for breakfast but had an impression (OK, no impression, it was the fact) we were the only ones - the coffee machine made one coffee and needed something, but there was almost nothing (one bread loaf, 2 kinds of salami, 2 kinds of cheese, no butter, yogurts, milk, some cereals). there was no elevator for the upper rooms, but we expected it from the photos.

The apartmen was very spatious and the extra bed was comfortable. Everything was working in the bathroom, which was clean. Breakfast was good, staff was polite, helpful. The location is good and easy to find. It was a good price/quality report stay for 4 adults and 1 child. Recommend!

Although it was not a big deal and disturbing, some window would need repair, because of the usage but they closed well. Some lightbulbs need replacement. Putting the same hue in the spotlights would increase the 'professional' feeling....

very comfortable and large rooms equipped with all the things needed for a stay in the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a spacious parking lot with enough free spaces. There was no noise during the night, neither from the guests nor from the traffic. Breakfast time adapted for both early risers and sleepers: from 7 am to 10 am. ? Check-out time very fair: until 11 am. I will come again to this hotel. There is a good internet connection in the hotel

Breakfast could be a little more varied. The bed mattress could be more comfortable.

Free parking was good, cleanliness was great, location ok.

Breakfast was on demand to choose from 4 tipes of eggs so we skipped it. Bed was low and bed flooring fell trough.

The room was clean, spacious enough, and looked better than the photos. The hotel is near a good restaurant (jacks) and a small grocery store.

The shower cubicle was leaking a bit so the bathroom floor had a puddle. The tv could be bigger. And the thermostat doesn't really work.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel was conveniently located for what we needed (we didn't want to be in the city center, as we needed to leave early in the morning and to avoid the rush hour) and it was clean - which is perfect.

Disappointing

No hot water at night, cold in room in April, not working heaters and ac, no English speaking staff, interior from 90s ?

Personel very helpful.Room was clean and bathroom was decorated much nicer than expected!Two nice chairs in bedroom was an unexpected touch.

Mattress could be replaced with a new one. The one in my room was quite disappointing.Eggs were in a large warming dish but possibly the dish was not being heated? Eggs were neither hot nor warm.

It's nearby the city, the Bolt taxi costed around 3 euros from the hotel to the center of the city which is pretty cheap.The building is not directly on the street so there's no noise. Staff is friendly and is really putting effort in helping you with everything.

Breakfast can be much much better (especially for 30 lei/6 euros), the lights in the whole hotel are often turned off and it may look like a horror scenario.

Spacious comfortable rooms, near the shopping mall, it is possible to pay extra for breakfast, which is very solid and costs about 5 euros. All recommendations.

The parking place is spatious and the rooms are big, with new furniture.

The hotel is near to a club, it was loud until almost 1-2am. The walls are thin, you can feel the vibrations because of the sound of music.No minibar, just an empty fridge, no restaurant options in the area after 21pm.At the moment of my stay, the whole street area was under construction.

Not what we were expecting.

The breakfast was a buffet ONLY during the weekend however during the week they gave us a plain tasteless sandwich. The WIFI was not working AT ALL on the first floor which is where we initially booked our room and since we needed internet for work, we had to switch rooms to a less expensive and less comfortable room near the reception, the only place where the WIFI actually worked. If we knew we would receive a sandwich for breakfast, we wouldn't have even woken up early for that. The staff was talking and laughing very loudly early in the morning outside our room, which disrupted our sleep. There is no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
