The room and bathroom are spacious and clean.The restaurant on the ground floor is a plus when you arrive late. The food was good.Close to Iulius Mall and city center. Perfect for short stays or transits.

The restaurant on the ground floor, where they also serve breakfast was very poorly heated, it was quite cold inside.The breakfast should be more varied.

Room was spacious and internet was good through the hotel. Staff was spot on.

Close to the city center, nothing else.

Could be a bit more organized and clean, the heating did not work, noise from outside. We were just in transit and needed to sleep for a couple of hours.

The location is good, near city center.

It was cold, we had to call reception to verify why heating was not working when we arrived. In the middle of the night we noticed the heating was not working again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linens smelled fresh and clean. The room had excellent heating, making it very cozy and comfortable. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even with our late arrival.

We booked a dobble room with one large bad, but they told us that they didnt have it ?We also booked a parking place, but they didnt have it and they called us at 5am to drive our car from some place on the parking because of other car ?

I the receptionists were amazing, the room was very comfortable and pretty much all facilities that you need. I think this was the only 4 star hotel that I have given a 10 so far..

The only thing that could go better would be the shower gel. It is okay, but the smell is a bit too weak. But apart from that, there is nothing to complain about.

The puke stain on the floor when we came in, the unused space in the room, we had 30m2 of space with one double bed and a bathroom and the rest was just empty space. The people working at the reception werent as friendly as we expected but they greetet us and showed us around fairly well. The paid parking was fair even tho on the night od the 31st we had to park outside of the hotel because the parking in the front and in the back were all full, and even more than that, even tho we expected our parking space thinking about the fact that its paid. The breakfast was good, but what they put out is what it is, didnt bother refilling anything even tho its allegedly a good hotel.

Hotel was nice looking, food was nice, staff was pleasant.

Heating wasnt working, we were very cold in the room, they didnt change our sheets, i arranged one big bed and they gave us two separate beds, and of course, it said free parking, but parking had to be payed.

Big parking (charged 25 lei per day). Clean room and bathroom. Nice but empty restaurant.

Very slow and asking ridiculous questions reception staff. No complimentary water in the room only from mini bar with a charge. No sleepers.

We stayed for three nights at Hotel Boavista, which we chose based on reviews that made it seem at least somewhat decent. I want to start by mentioning that the entire situation I’m about to describe was extremely frustrating, especially because we had children with us. They were forced to sleep wearing hoodies. Never in all my bookings through Booking.com have I experienced such an unpleasant situation!From the first night we arrived, the radiators in the room we were assigned were not working. We were accommodated in Building B of the hotel for some unknown reason.The receptionist was very polite and tried to help by providing us with an electric heater and promising that someone would check the issue in the morning. There were also a few inverter AC units that managed to heat the room slightly.Being out all day on Friday, we returned after 9 PM to find the situation unchanged. No one had resolved anything. When I called the reception to inquire, the woman on duty became very defensive, insisting that the heating system was working, even though I kept telling her that all the radiators were cold. She went so far as to suggest that we must have done something to cause the issue—absurd and downright rude! She claimed there was nothing more she could do and that they couldn’t monitor everything in the hotel, saying we’d have to wait until the morning.On Saturday morning, I was promised either a new electric heater or the option to move to another room for the last night. I chose to have the heater delivered. However, by 9:30 PM when we returned to our room, no heater had been brought. Furthermore, the man at reception continued with the same aggressive attitude as his colleague from the night before. He claimed they couldn’t find a heater, even though they had assured us they would provide one. Worse, he insulted my wife, accusing her of smoking in the room, despite the fact that neither of us has ever smoked.

I liked room, sauna, gym.good transport to get with tram.

It is good for one night staing.

The room for two person and kid was not so big, thought the hotel was almost empty.The breakfast was poor, you should choose from the list.
