The heated bathroom floor is impressive! I love design concept of the room and hotel.

Breakfast, cleanliness, parking, location.

Room was equipped and set for one visitor, not for a family. The room was very small and had pre-set USB-A chargers only with only one free outlet. Superior room didn't have a coffee maker even tho it said it had one.

Staff was very helpful and responsive, breakfast was also pretty good with plenty of fruit, rooms were warm and cozy

No Smart Tv( only youtube) , Should have netflix atleast

Everything! Room was big enough with all needed storage closets, amenities and heating. Christmas market is a 15-minute walk away. There are even free sweets in the lobby :) Hotel has its own parking spots, but if they are full, there is a free parking on street across the hotel. In my opinion, all accommodations in this price range should have the same stuff as this one.

The hotel's parking spots can be tight when reversing out with other cars nearby

I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel in Timișoara, and this was already my third time here. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always helpful. Breakfast was varied and delicious, a perfect start to the day. Having on-site parking was also a big plus. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

You can hear and feel every tram if your room is near the tram line.

Thr hotel is very nice, modern, clean and has a great argentinian restaurant.

The treadmills, both, were out of order. One of the reasons I chose this place was beacause of the gym, so highly disappointed. Also, breakfast is tasty andbgood quality but does not offer many options.

shame about the noise from the S-Bahn, starting at 6 and woke me up. Next time I will ask for a room on the backside.shame the bar was closed (and refused!!!!) to give us a drink at late arrival (it was known; 6 people would arrive late. Which hotel closes this time... knowing guests are arriving!

The personnel, the facility. Everyone was super nice and kept it professional. Regardless of the request, the employees tried to help. Services just like abroad, everyone super professional - from the front desk, to cleaning services to breakfast personnel.

The lacks of rugs in the showers. They were quite slippery.

It is a new, clean hotel close to the city center. There is a tram stop next to the hotel with many possibilities to reach sightseeings.

Very clean, comfortable room. The location is 10-15 minut walk from the city center. The receptionist is very kind and helpfull. Convinient, safe, free parking.

Breakfast is standard, nothing exceptional. Rooms are very clean, nice, stylish, bathroom also.
