Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices! Location good close to the biggest mall!

Everything is outdated. There was mold in corners. All drawers were broken...

They didn't clean my room. They just came and remove the garbage!

- Room was horrible,- bed was wild,- cleaning was poor.Lots of things to improve for a better business.Worth for money, but the facilities no way. Breakfast was absolutely no way! The cheapest ever, very very poor! Food was not fresh at all.

We come to breakfast at 9 am and there's no food for us... At reception said that the breakfast is until 10 am. So it could be added much more food, not everything empty. Location excellent, near Amazonia park and near center. Parking busy in hotel.

Probably the dirtiest place I have visited on my travels. - Problematic parking - Hair in bed (on fresh linen)- Hair in the bidet (even though the tape saying "disinfected" was present)- Hairy carpet (after all those years it probably cannot be cleaned properly anymore)- WiFi was online, but wasn't providing any internet - Smudges on the mirrors - Stains on towel- The breakfast was underwhelming - before leaving the receptionist asked me to rate them 10 on Booking... ?Normally the room would be great in terms of dimensions and all, but the overall uncleanness of the place just makes you uncomfortable to stay there even a minute longer.
