Pros:-Very clean, comfy and warm room-Very large bed with 2 blankets for individual use-Bathroom with the toilet in a separate chamber-Exceptional staff, very friendly and willing to give tips-Literally in the central plaza of Timisoara-Parking is connected to the hotel, costs 12Euros/60 RON per day and has EV charging, but you have to pay 200 RON to charge, which was communicated to us at the check-in and we were asked if we want to us this option or charge independently in the town, which we appreciated.

Cons:-The floor of the room is made of floor boards, so, if the guests above decide to waltz in the room at 12 AM in the high heals, you will hear it. And we listened to it for about 1 hour, until we could take it no longer and we called the reception to ask them to get in contact with the room above ours and ask them to stop making noise-Even after this, it still took the people above us a good 20 minutes to quiet down and they were right back up at it at 7 AM the next morning. This means that we only got about 6 hours of sleep due to the unbearable noise.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The bed is comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed out stay. The staff are very accommodating and very friendly.

The room was overheated and no mater how we tried we couldn’t turn the heat down. Ended up sleeping with the window open. Thankfully we could open the window.

Missing some stuff in the bathroom, like vanity kit, body lotion...some essential things for businesses traveller with small baggage.Breakfast is not very various, especially if you need gluten free food it's challenging to find something to eat.

Good hotel in an excellent location, right downtown. Good room size, although the rooms are basic in terms of interior design and furniture.

Bathroom amenities are limited. Room cleanliness is all right, but not great (in one of our rooms, there were clear streaks of mop water left on the tile floor). No complimentary water bottles in the rooms and extremely limited access to complimentary coffee/tea. Parking is not included and quite pricy overall. The front desk staff is nice, but not truly hospitable.

Everything is as it should be. I have stayed here a few times, it is my preferred accommodation in Timisoara. The Elite rooms are the right size, the other ones are a little small. Location is as good as it gets In Timisoara, parking is available. All in all, I have no complaints.

It’s very depressing and outdated. Dark unlite hallways and dark staircases. In case of fire…good luck finding your way out. The hairdryer in our room was from the 1960s and we needed somebody to show us how to use it. The cement on the balcony was crumbling.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around.The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Breakfast not included in the price of booking. It is 12 euro extra that the receptionist informed me!

Pet friendly. The hotel staff at reception when I checked in were so incredibly kind and helpful. The spa facilities were great. The location is good.

We booked two rooms a few hours before arrival. Check-in was ok, but the front desk had trouble finding our reservation at first.Parking was full, and we had to drive around several times and wait for someone to leave. The rooms were very old and had a strong smell and lacked basic amenities like a trash can and tissues (no Kleenex available).Breakfast was included, but staff kept insisting we had to pay. I explained I wasn’t eating due to a medical condition and was only getting food for my 4-year-old son, but the staff member (Simona) kept coming back to check, which felt aggressive and uncomfortable.Only the location was a plus. Overall, not a stay I’d repeat or recommend.

The hotel is right on one of the main squares, easy to get to anywhere from here. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfy. The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including eggs, prepared multiple different ways, fruit, vegetables, pastries, bread, juice, coffee, tea. I would definitely stay again.

Parking information could be better prior to check in. The parking is marked "Convention Center Parking." I wasn't sure if that was the correct parking, so I parked on the street before going into the hotel. A note in the pre-arrival emails would make that a lot smoother. It worked out for me as I found a close spot to park and parking was free due to a holiday weekend, so I left my car there and did not pay for parking. But driving into a new city late at night, it is better to have clear parking information. I would still stay here again, because it was not a big issue, but just a heads up for whoever is sending out their pre-arrival emails.
