Pros +
- Staff and cleanliness
- Clean, friendly, excellent location.
- I liked the location at the seaside and how close it was located to Malaga and other cities.
Cons -
- Supposedly nonsmoking but people were smoking
- The beds were very uncomfortable, Poor quality of mattresses. A blanket iso duvet (dekbed) is ancient and uncomfortable. Small beds. Every time I turned my bed moved an inch with me on the stone floor... Very noisy, You can hear all other guests, all traffic passing by. The room decor was very, very poor.
- no kettle or tea /coffee facilities in room also only one comfortable chair in room

It was easy to find.

Beachfront hotel. Rooms for four people were only available with a mountain view. Good breakfast.
it was in centre of town and on the beach a good location lots of restaurants nearby, it was a big room
no kettle or tea /coffee facilities in room also only one comfortable chair in room
Location - is exceptional! The hotel is right in front of the beach, there is an exit to the street and to the other side - the beach. Perfect for long-term stay as well. The beach is practically endless, you can walk and find a relatively unbusy area. Nice long walk by the beach routes both ways. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, and Malaga is 30 minutes away by bus. Many restaurants are nearby, and grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Personnel are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Half-board option is great as you can choose between lunch and dinner meal. Side note - the beach is being cleaned every night, so it is always clean in the morning.
The breakfast options are limited, and are the same every day :( It would be nice to have some fish as well. And it would be nice to have fruit salad, whole fruits are great, but you need to ask for the knife, and a cutting board, and have a mess at your table... :) The mattress is too soft and bouncy, not a great choice for people with back issues.
The location is amazing, right on the beach so you can have breakfast in the sunshine looking at the sea! Our room was very clean, spacious and had a balcony and a comfortable bed. Everything was great! It's easy to find free parking within walking distance too as the area outside the hotel was packed.
The breakfast was good, but sometimes the choices were a little limited when sections were not refreshed ,not a problem though!
Location on the beach was great. We only stayed one night, so don't have much to say about anything else. We were last minute arrivals and grateful to get a room for the night at a very busy time. Staff were very helpful.
It was a bit pricey. Also there was no parking nearer than a fifteen minute walk when we arrived.the minibar fridge wasn't cold.
Good choice for the transit people. Clean hotel, very modern and comfortable. Big room. Helpfull stuff.
There was no refrigerator in the room. No private beach you pay 8 eu/day for a sun lounger.
It is right in beach. Clean rooms
A bit dated. Also lobby felt a bit chaotic.
Good location, very helpful staff at reception, bigger than average room
Uncomfortable bed
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel is not 4 star. Facility is really old and all stuffs needs to renovate from scratch. Then become 4 star otherwise it is just like motel.Hotel is more like apartment in the street.
Fantastic location right on the beach front. We had a double room on the 4th floor with seaview, and the view was just incredible. Reception, cleaning & restaurant/bar staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cleaned daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Free beach towels were available from reception, which was very useful. The resort seems to serve the Spanish rather than foreign tourists, which we actually liked. (UK couple)Beach bar wasn't open, and there were no sunloungers on the beach, but this is because it was out of season, and I'm sure these would both be a great addition. If you're going to book, I would highly recommend paying a little extra for a seaview and asking for a high floor.Overall, we had a great 5 night stay at the end of March, and I would recommend this hotel. However, there were a few negatives........On some days, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Dirty drains, maybe? On both Friday & Saturday night, the noise from a nearby bar was pretty loud until about 3am, also, all the internal doors slammed very loudly and would definitely benefit from having soft closers fitted.I'd definitely recommend earplugs. It would be worth the hotel providing these in the rooms as lots of other reviews report similar issues. The hot food selection at breakfast was always luke warm at best and needed to be reheated in a microwave. Hotel could do with improving their hot trays.
Location, friendly reception people
Noise caused by the sea
The view
Despite speaking pretty good Spanish, the receptionist replied in English. I find this rude.No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room unlike the other two hotels I stayed in during this trip.
A perfect location for enjoying the coastal promenade of Rincon de Victoria with its many seafood restaurants. Our sea view room was on the third floor. It was spacious and provided us with a wonderful sea view directly from our south facing balcony. Breakfast offered an adequate choice of fruit, croissants, cereal and cooked meat and eggs although the fried eggs were almost cold. The reception staff was always helpful. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay in this very Spanish resort and would recommend the hotel for its value for money.
Great location and large rooms. The sea view was amazing
Nothing to dislike
rooms smaller but cleannice view to the sea from balconygreat stuffwe had 2 rooms, the one was with sea view from begining and we have got for free upgrade of single room to have a sea view as well Muchas gacias!
I have stayed there about 17 times - I love it. Everything - location, staff, breakfast, size if toons etc etc. Ask for a sea facing room and go on a higher floor as it can be noisy.
The WiFi is a bit “ come and go”.
