Hotel Leon & Spa

Clean room, nice parking, dry sauna, jacuzzi and a big pool. The water in the pool could be warmer, but it was ok. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ok breakfast.

Very clean. Room very spacious. The spa was good, both the pool and the jacuzzi. Parking was for free, directly next to the entrance.

The breakfast was very basic, not a good value for 50 lei.

Something wrong

Even if the toilet seat had a "cleaned/desinfected" etiquette, it was very dirty, it had dried urine stains.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The AC was not working properly in our room, so they kindly changed it and we could enjoy AC in the new room.The room was clean, comfy bed.Breakfast is good. It has some vegan options, as well.The pool is big.Parking seems spacious enough.

If you can, ask for a room at a lower level. The last level gets very hot during summer and the AC doesn't seem to cope.

We did find everything as we expected maybe even more. Room was clean and nice smelling, comfy beds, pool was amazing and we enjoyed. Sauna was perfect ( I was wanted a bit hotter but that was just my feeling as I do like sauna in general to be more hotter). Personal was friendly and made our stay joyful. For sure we will come back.

We booked the hotel because we wanted the spa and pool but the reception told us on arrival that it’s closed and that we could see that on booking.com which we did not notice cause we would not booked it otherwise

When we book accomodation and confirm me reservation they didnt sent me notification about disfunction spa that was the main reason why we want to stay there and second negative the prize in the bar are overrated and if you cant drink your drink on the terrase you cant take it to the room also you cant take snack or food to the room for me the room are very expensive and if you dont need spa look for different accomodation

The only reason I’ve chosen this facility was because they claimed they have a pool and Spa. They don’t or at least nothing was “working” when we arrived. The best part of our stay was the fact that next to the hotel there is another business for which you pay separately that has several pools and outstanding customer service.

Having “SPA” in your title and then “the pool is broken”, “the jacuzzi doesn’t work”, “the spa is closed” - you are missing the point of your brand.

Friendly staff and willing to help you. Very good WiFi signal throughout the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Good breakfast with traditional products.

The hotel has 4 stars, but one of them is falling. In reality it is a 3-stars hotel. Most of the services they present are not real. During the five days I stayed there, the pool or spa were not available. Unfortunately, they do not notify you in advance so you don't cancel the reservation. The electric car charging sockets don't work either. In other words, you pay for 4 stars but you get a maximum of 3. I didn't get the room I reserved either. These are their services and they leave a lot to be desired.

Great SPA section with unusual long opening time. Staff also wery friendly and helpfull. Good Restaurant but a Pizzeria and a Penny Market just 2 minutes walk away

As Hungarian guest I missed Hungarian TV channels (only 1 out of 770 channels) mostly knowing that Hungary is in the neighborhood and therefore expected to have gusts from there as Hungarian ethnics from Romania as well
