The bed was the only thing amazing in the room

The room had a very bad smell . It wasn’t that clean . Spider webs and dust on the furniture

We stooped for one night. To our surprise the hotel is great, the receptionist lady was amazing. The restaurant is amazing, literally amazing, the staff was great except at the end when with a great level attitude they said: " OK you pay, 10% tip OK" ... we travel a lot and trust me we tip but we don't like this feeling of imposing on us of telling us what to do. Furthermore in the morning we had coffee, and we found on our bill 10% automatically included as a tip. Personally we don't somebody to impose on us automatically tip or at least let us know that the cover charge is automatically included.... (like outside Romania)

Very clear, the room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Location at the main road , the fact that has a bar and restaurant and the price

Furniture could be improved as it seems a bit old

The breakfast was very delecious, and the stuff were exceptional, the hotel and restaurant decoration is wonderful, and the rooms are huge

The Location, the fact that we could charge our E.V., the view from room and the most important the staff. Due to some of your restaurant staff (Sultan and Subash) we took the decision to book your hotel .

The balcony could use some one mentenance

Grat place to stay! Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, great restaurant with delicious food!

We stayed just one night but everything was perfect.The room was huge and clean, the restaurant was lovely, and staff was helpful.

Very nice staff, restaurant downstairs working till late. Location near the river, with space for walks. Room was clean, had everything needed albeit little outdated.

Just some minor things:It was not possible to open the window for ventilation, just the balcony doors as doors, not the gap on top of the window to let some air in. Some signs showing the floor number when exiting the elevator and directions for the room numbers in hallway would be useful for the first time you are looking to find your room. Parking a little limited and was a bit crowded, but ok for me as it still had space for 1 car. Hair dryer veeery weak...

Location was good and was quiet

Bed was bit old and needs renewing, android bit dated

Very nice staff, god restaurant, clean et spacious room.It is not possible to reserve the parking and in week-end is very difficult to find a place. But the stuff is so helpful.Nice view from the restaurant.Do not hesitate to stop for a night of for a dinner.

Everything was great. Clean, well designed, comfy, spacious. I will come back.

Too warm in the rooms. While some guests may like this, I could not sleep.

++parking(as due to early arrival still available,clean room,pedestrian distance to center,very friendly receptionists---heatening not regulatable in room....and with open window impossible to sleep due to trafficRestaurant with serious lacks in service mentality

The hotel has atmosphere. The restaurant is nice. Rooms were nicely heated, beds were soft.

Really good hotel with a great restaurant. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel was comfortable and good value for money.

I'm not a smoker so the smoking in the conservatory part of the restaurant in the evening wan't to my taste but outwith that no complaints.

Good value for money for 1 night transiting Arad. Clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, hot water, quiet during the night. Enough parking spaces.

Lobby was full of cigarette smoke as there was a party and the door of the closed terrace was kept open and smoking was allowed even if the space was a closed one. The smell was persistent also in the upper hallways.

All hotel has a cigarette smoke smell , due to the smoking restaurant. Rooms are too hot and temperature can’t be controlled

Clean rooms, good restaurant and pleasant helpful staff.

Rooms was far to hot. Parking not easy if you arrive late.
