Very nice location, city center but quiet.Nice restaurant.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The room was quite warm, and the thermostat wouldn’t respond even when we tried setting it to a lower temperature. Fortunately, we were able to open the window.

I arrived at the hotel after a long and exhausting day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the atmosphere felt. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was exactly what I needed in that moment.The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The highlight of my stay was the large, comfortable bed. Sleeping alone in such a big bed gave me a sense of peace and relaxation that I hadn’t felt in a while. I snored loudly during the night, but no one disturbed me while I was sleeping. I fell asleep almost instantly and woke up feeling refreshed and calm.Even though it was just one night, the experience was exactly what I needed: rest, comfort, and tranquility. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful stay.

I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my stay—there wasn’t a single thing I disliked. It was a flawless experience, and I would happily return without hesitation.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Interior design was very interesting and functional. Rooms were very spacious lot's of natural light.

Along the breakfast self serve bar it would be nice to have an option of eggs to order cooked in the same time, or at least a few types of eggs.

Modern building with soundproofing and great amenities.

Bathroom is kind of dark even with all lights on - cleaning crew left the vacuum cleaner in the hallway.

New and well designed. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant in the evening.

Quite a few things were not ok, but mainly the not functioning AC and no answer from the reception during the night when we woke up soaking wet.

It takes 1 hour to check in and get the keys ? for taking deposit the receptionist writes down all the information from bank card, including CVV number, what is illegal in Europe, so I has to block my card and order a new one after staying in this hotel ?

The staff în the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The facility is lovely and clean.

There was no hot water and no air conditioning! We asked the staff to please take care of the problems and they would not. Our room was so hot we couldn't sleep. We asked 3 times for them to do something and nothing. Terrible hotel, do not recommend. Definitely NOT 5 stars!!!

The location was perfect, the breakfastIs fine.

The wellness is extremely small. There are only four beds. The sauna and the jacuzzi didn't work properly.

Fitness&Wellness area are too small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast can be richer. I missed for example a fresh juice & the Prosecco. Coffee Automat was crowded.

Our room was just half cleaned. For us, our room and the entire area of ​​the hotel were a bit dark and cold. There is no enough lights in the room and the bathroom for shaving and the make up. The breakfast was ok, it did not meet the standard of a 5 star hotel. The wellness is nice but small.

Staff was excellent, very professional and polite.Room was clean.The spa was ok ( jacuzzi is a bit lacking )Breakfast was good.

Be warned, even if you pay in advance for your room a guarantee sum will be needed at checkin ( aprox 60 eu ). This sum will be returned to you after checkout.Room was set at 21.9 c and even though there is a panel to set room tempeture, we could not raise is higher.Room had no closet, not a huge issue, as our stay was only for one night, but it could be an issue if you plan to stay longer.

Parking inside, quiet and located in the city centre.

High amount of Guarantee blocked for bar consumption, compared to the value of products.

Everything in the hotel is great. Interior that makes the place different. Sparkling clean, parking is very convenient. The breakfast was varied and very tasty, and the coffee had a real aroma. I recommend the hotel!

Pleasant

There was no hot water on the 31st of December. Upon calling the reception, we have been told that they are aware of the issue and it will be solved within 30-40 minutes. Unfortunately, they couldn’t solve it as promised and there was no further information. In addition, they ask you for a credit card so they can book a deposit. I hardly see how you can match the 5* experience with the lack of trust in their guests, especially since they can contact Booking in case of any damage.
