Great breakfast, staff is friendly, location easy to find, overall a very decent accomodation at a good, affordable place. Would recommend, and we already stayed here several times, keep returning to it while passing Arad.

The heating in one room was not working and it was cold in the room. In another room there was no hot water at the sink. Breakfast was not very good

I've stayed here before but this time I got a room that didn't have any heat so I was in a position where it was colder in the room than in the hallway leading to it. Overall I will avoid this place in the future

There was a bit of damage on one of the room's walls, but minor, probably from a previous guest that came with his kids.

Reasonable price. It was close to the motorway, free parking on place. It is OK to spend a night if you are on a long trip and need a rest. 24 h reception.

The water was cold. The room temperature was cold. The bathroom was not well cleaned.

The bathroom is full of black mould, the carpet and furniture had lots of stains, the bathroom had no soap, we had to request it at reception, the wardrobe was broken, the terrace was full of bird poop, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, we had beard hair and other body hairs on the sink and bathtub

Friendly staff, excellent evening meal. Breakfast was five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Three flights of stairs to our room, also the top sheet was for a single and not a double, only one pillow each.

Basic hotel with everything you need when travelling. Close to the motorway and they made a very nice pasta dish

Good parking, nice pool, I enjoyed swimming. The room was good.

The terace of the room was at the mercy of birds for a long time, it would be better to clean even the terace.

- Large room with comfortable beds.- Large bathroom.- A small fridge which was handy for cooling water.- Free parking.- Close to the A1 motorway / highway, so it's great if you're just passing by.- Friendly receptionist.

- The air conditioner is very noisy even on level 1 so it's hard to sleep with it turned on and you're forced to turn it off if it's not too hot outside. If they had a newer one with a silent function, it would have been really nice.- We found a cockroach in the toilet when we arrived, but the bathroom wasn't dirty.

The food in the restaurant was decent. The fact that they packed some sort of breakfast very early in the morning for takeout.

Extremely noisy and crowded hotel, quite far from the border and the highway, although they advertise it otherwise. It is impossible to sleep in this hotel. There are parties going on in the hotel while guests arrive for the night. The room was hot and smelled really bad, the AC was extremely old and broken, you could see inside it and looked dangerous to be around, and it did not function. Only one small window of the room opened, which did not help with the heat. We asked for another room or a solution to help cool the place, but staff was extremely rude, especially the manager, who dismissed us and refused to help in any way. The shower on the third floor works poorly, there was no shower gel, just a dirty empty support for it. In the restaurant, service was really slow. Overall, I would never book a room at this hotel again and neither should anyone!

The accomodation has a very good position if you travel and need to rest is near the motorway. The staff was very nice and tried to help us au much as possible.

The rooms are very old and full of stains.

Disastrous Stay – Do Not Recommend!We were on after a long drive and needed a place to rest for the night to continue the journey next day. We booked a room a few weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very loud music from a wedding on the ground floor. (I believe, they should have notified us in advance about this…) To avoid the noise, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the room was unbearably hot due to the daytime temperature reaching 40°C. The air conditioning system was super old and ineffective, making it impossible to sleep in such conditions. The furniture in the room was quite old too.We requested a better room and were offered a LUX room by a friendly staff member who seemed eager to help. He asked for additional payment in cash to cover the upgrade. Shortly after, another receptionist informed us that they couldn’t accept cash since the reservation was made and paid for in advance. The lady was kind enough and offered the upgraded room without additional payment due to the unacceptable conditions of the initial room. However, the male staff member refused to return the money, displaying a very unprofessional attitude… In the rest of the world people are offered free upgrades when the conditions in the initial room are not acceptable!On the positive note - the LUX room: it was recently renovated, looked amazing, and had a functioning air conditioner. Loved it here. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. If the rest of the hotel is renovated to this standard, it might eventually live up to its name, President. At least AC should be better in each room.Overall, the poor initial experience and dishonest behavior of the staff overshadowed the positives. I do not recommend staying here. I give 5 starts to LUX, location and the lady from the reception, for the rest - 1 star.

I liked the beef meat I ate in the evening and the breakfast. I have also liked it was very close to the motorway A1.

It was very hot outside when I arrived and I couldn't cool the room fast enough because the air conditioner radiator had something stuck inside.

There were roaches everywhere in the hotel, dead and alive. Had old furniture, old air-conditioning. It was very hot in the room. In the morning, after breakfast, I wanted to go back to the room and relax before leaving, but at 9:30 the handyman had demolished the doors and the bathroom, before I got the chance to check out. The room should've been mine another one and a half hour.
