Hotel Restaurante El Corte

Hotel room was fine.

Restaurant was expensive. They put tapas (appetizers) on the table that we did not order or eat but they charged us for them anyway.

Convenient (we had a very late flight arriving just before 1am and just needed a bed outside Malaga on the way to Sierra Nevada). Good clean accommodation, 24 hr reception.

A bit of traffic noise (it is literally first line of motorway) but not too bad (we are light sleepers)

Did reach my expectations. I reserved 2 adults and a child. But gave 1double bed. AC is not working. The staff does not how to speak english.

Great value for money. We wanted an overnight stop close to the motorway, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the shower was powerful with lots of hot water. The restaurant was good with a good selection of snacks, main meals and cakes. I'd definitely come back ?

The room was small but had everything I needed

The restaurant downstairs was noisy, my sat nav kept sending me to the wrong place and the pillows were wafer thin

The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. The restaurant was great!

The distance and it is in the middle of nowhere.

The attitude of most of the staff, they obviously need some training on how to serve customers.

Late check-in around 2am but you have to ring the bell and wait for the receptionist to open because they close the main gate for security reasons i believe Not for tourismNot bad for a road night

The food was expensive and the staff including the counter staff spoke no English, in Spain if you are off the beaten path you will find this.

We really loved the dinner ! The steak and chicken steak were both perfect and delicious. We loved the potatoes, and vegetables. And service was super!@

breakfast was ok. They offered us Bacon and Eggs as they knew we were from the UK

Location wise is very easy to find it. Although breakfast was good, one has to ask for what they would like to have, so spanish knowledge is an advantage. Plenty of parking.

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage for ordering breakfast, as it is not self-serve service. There was no information on the WiFi, and a password is required to access it.Also it could have been me or maybe a socket was faulty but after switching the light by the bedside my phone didn't charge.

Very convenient accommodation after a long flight into Malaga. The room was well equipped and clean. We had everything we needed.

The hotel room had a very good price. Good facilities and clean. Restaurant is just downstairs with relatively good food.

I like everything. There were spare blankets in the cupboard for warmth. Not sure if the central heating ever came on during the night…. It was off in the morning and the room was a little chilly. It was winter when I stayed at this Hotel.

The location just off the main road is convenient when travelling from Malaga to Granada or elsewhere. There's not much around, but it's good enough for 1 night. All employees were kind and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable.

There's no iron or inhouse ironing facility, only external ironing service. The pillows were big, hard, and not comfy. The breakfast included in the booking included 1 coffee, fresh juice, white baguette, fresh tomato spread, butter, jam, and really heavy pork lard based bread spreads. It's perhaps better to book without breakfast and buy breakfast at the bar as that includes more variety. The lard based spreads are not that great if you're not into a heavy breakfast. But it was still ok for us with just bread, olive oil, butter, and the fresh grated tomato.
