    • Amazing view from our balcony. Free parking. Free internet. Breakfast available. Very old building, right on an ancient mountain cobblestone street, but very nicely decorated on the inside. Great value for when I booked.
    • It was simply awesome. The staff was very good, food was super tasty and local, good quality, we stay right in town centre,... I would come back again
    • The property has a in the center of town. The room was clean and provided an excellent view of the city (day and night). They do have a buffet breakfast or you can just buy coffee in the morning. Check out is 12 pm, which is nice. Apparently the queen of Spain stayed in the hotel many years ago.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast not a terrific value.
    • Everything was fine
    • The room was a little dated.

Good location. Not too far from the parking.

Our room was a little dated and we had hoped to have a better view

This is a beautiful old hotel that has been nicely kept up. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of food choices. Kudos to them for supplying soy milk. The hotel is very bike friendly.

We were on the 4th floor and we were not able to get hot water, just lukewarm.

The view was incredible of the old town. We had a balcony looking out over it. The hotel is historic, but very well taken care of. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. We had a 3 year old and it was a great fit for us. Mariana, at the front desk was so helpful!

The staff were super helpful to resolve issues we had with a "lock jammed" car trunk and arrange secure parking for our classic car.

Albaraccin is a beautiful old town. The view from our hotel room was amazing!! Our stay was overall comfortable. A very friendly and warm welcome awaited us on arrival by Marianna at the frontdesk. She was so personable and to my big surprise greeted me in my native Dutch language which made us feel right at home. We felt very well taken care of and were so happy with the reservation she made for us for dinner at a great local restaurant! I certainly hope to see her at Hotel Albarracin again if in the future we would return there.

The breakfast was somewhat minimal in comparison to other hotels we stayed at. By the time we came downstairs for breakfast the offerings were quite picked over and not being replenished.

Beautiful, old hotel in a great location. Nice room and very comfortable. Special shout-out to Natalia, who was lovely and very helpful with all of our requests. Also with guiding us to restaurants, of which there are not many in lower Albarracin, especially on a Monday.

The lady on reception was lovely, such a warm greeting when I arrived. I had a beautiful room overlooking the town of Albarracín which was a huge bonus for my stay there.

I do not think this was the fault of the hotel but I had noisy neighbours who talked loudly until 11.30pm onwards one night, then lots of banging and noise in the mornings, but I had no idea where it was coming from, it could have been cleaning staff or preparation for breakfast service, but though inconvenient this did little to disturb my lovely stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others, in fact I already have.

We loved everything. Albarracin is a magical place. It's absolutely worth a detour. The Hotel Albarracin is perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, the decor is very traditional and classic, and most importantly, the staff was friendly and professional. Staff at the reception desk were very welcoming. One of the chefs, Fatima, went over and above the call of duty to be helpful. Muy simpatica!

Outstanding views from our top floor room in a hotel in the historic area of Albarracin. Relatively easy walking from the hotel and into the historic area.

The bathroom was a little dated. There is no parking permitted at the hotel (other than to unload, etc): perhaps arrangements could be made for some limited parking given the availability of spaces. Otherwise, it is quite a walk up the hill from the public car park. The evening restaurant was disappointing wen compared to local alternatives.

The situation was absolutely wonderful well within the mediaeval town

As per usual it’s always the council that make it difficult for everybody only 20 minutes to take your car up to the hotel and come down the hill if not you get fined so we didn’t risk it. We walked our bags up. Steep slope was very tired from the window all the roof Were broken and in very severe need of repair swimming pool was empty and looks like it has been for many years

    1JonathanPosted on: 8-27-2024

    I didn't

The pool which was advertised on your Website was in disrepair, the state of the hotel also was bad the bathroom was dirty and the bedside cabinet was stained and there was hairs on the bed from either an animal or previous guest.

Last year I passed through Albarracin with my wife and we stayed at a nearby hotel, which was pretty poor and we walked past this one so I decided to stay here with my son, we were climbing nearby. It is quiet and was good for our purpose there are areas where it could improve but the value for money was good. It is not far from the main old town (Albarracin is not big) it is pretty and though limited with bars does have some, the restaurants for 2 years running mostly appeared closed which was a shame so we ended up in a café restaurant which was fine. The room was pretty basic but enough for our needs with a lovely balcony and nice view of the cathedral. the bathroom had a powerful shower but the water is limestone so the taps can lock a little. No Air con but a fan if necessary.

The breakfast wasn't great it was continental style and limited in scope, but for the price this seemed fair.It is not really suitable for people who don't like walking as there is no parking and its a steep walk up for some. You'd would be better placed staying in the newer part of town as parking is very limited due to the historic nature of the town

Location was good and room was pleasant. Breakfast was OK.

We booked DBB but were given a voucher to go to a nearby "restaurant " called Casino for dinner. It was awful. The place is basically a cafe and the menu is ham, egg, chips or burger and chips etc. The food was poor, service poor and ambience non existent. We checked afterwards and it consistently gets bad reviews. It is unacceptable to take a booking for dinner at a hotel and then subcontract it out to a dreadful diner.

We loved the hotel and our room had lovely views Just a short walk to Plaza Mayor. The buildings are historical some dating back to the 12th century. It was lovely to see so many people out and about in the Plaza and the bars. While we were there a friend sent us an article out of The Telegraph featuring the village which was very interesting as we where actually there.

The breakfast was adequate but the hot food was cold (bacon, sausages, tortilla). not good value. The village is at the top of a very steep hill and you have to park at the bottom, it is a hard walk up for anyone with mobility problems.

Perfect location for exploring Albarracin. Beautiful historical building with exceptional views.

    Everything was perfect.
