- Friendly and super communicative staff, super helpful and nice. The place is locate et the edge of Szentendre, 10 min by car, lovely view. It was quiet and calm, basic bunk beds, basic shower, but we wanted something cheap and easy and it was great.

First the Receptionist guy, it was so friendly and helpful, he do all the best! The price is right, and also good the hotel is animal friendly. The bed in the room was so comfortable!
That, when we go out to Terrasse don’t haves fences, and if the dogs run out from the rooms that is dangerously little bit.
Friendly staff
Very big price. Didn't have shower-gel. Not clean.
The host/manager is amazing and very helpful. The location is not by the city, but it is good. The night sky and panorama is beautiful. There were ice creams, snacks and drinks to be sold at the reception - which was very convenient. And I don't think any of them were overpriced. There are also some local goodies and beautifully crafted handmade soaps for sale at reception, we did a mistake of not buying it there. It was much cheaper than tourist shops and airports. There is spacious parking at the site.
The fridge was off when we arrived, and it took a long time to get it cold. So if you are travelling with medicines or baby food that immediately needs to be stored cold, may be let the property know in advance to keep it on.There were no soap/shampoo included with room - we were luck to be travelling with it. You can of course buy them at reception for a reasonable price. There was also not a place to really hang the towels or toiletry bag. There is a kettle and green tea bags, and there are two glasses. So it would be a bit difficult to drink hot tea as you can't hold the hot glass, you will need to wait for it to cool a bit (placing two mugs would be really thoughtful. But over all it was a great stay with a very helpful host. Above are just minor inconveniences we faced, and could have been better.
The staff were nice
The location on booking was incorrect, leading us to completely change our plans. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The AC was temperature was fixed at 24 and you couldn’t lower it. It was really hot and even after complaining they lowered it by just 2 degrees. The walls are thin and it was sooo loud at night. People running, jumping, shouting till 2. Couldn’t sleep at all. One of the worst stays.
This is a great hotel for visiting Skanzen village museum, you can walk to the site from here. Stay more than a day if you are able, to allow enough time to see everything, and there's a lot! The people running the hotel were kind and helpful and gave us a voucher for a discount on the entrance fee. The room was spacious and clean, there was good heating which was nice as it was cold when we were there.

It's even hard to decide where to start. It all began after a very long and challenging workday when the only desire was to quickly touch the pillow. The administrator then informed us that their terminal hadn't been working for two days, so we couldn't pay by card. The only suggestion he could make was to find an ATM, even though it was almost midnight. The task turned out to be difficult because most ATMs, as we found out, were located in closed stores. On the way, we complained to Booking, and they said they should accommodate us for free, but the guy at the hotel flatly refused. Then we were very slowly processed for registration, and an hour and a half after arrival, we had the keys to the room, but the story was just beginning. The room felt like it was 14-15 degrees Celsius, to which the guy said we should warm it up with the air conditioner, but he couldn't do it because they save on that. So, in half an hour, we heated the air, but the walls remained cold throughout the night because the radiators were pressed against them. And the icing on the cake was that, despite the fact that only 2 rooms were occupied in the hotel, for some reason, he placed us in a room with facilities for inclusive people. It seemed okay, but there was no glass in the shower, and if someone took a shower carelessly, the entire bathroom would be flooded. That was such an outstanding experience. I hope they remove you from Booking for excellent service.PSI can add that at the time of writing the review, one more letter came from booking, where they see each other, but they do not give any specifics. from the category: we are very sorry that it turned out this way, but you hang in there." So also 1 star out of five to booking for support
The location was slightly out of town, but an easy drive to get into main part of town. Our desk person when checking in was so kind and helpful. He gave us some great parking suggestions. Also, we overslept (having just flown in the night before from the United States) and the staff was very kind. It was appreciated.
This is so nit picky, but I am just answering the question you asked. The parking could be labeled better on the side farthest from the hotel to the left.
Really kind and helpful staff. Clean, roomy, comfy and quiet room. Nice view to skanzen and around to St. Andre.
By bike and foot it's a bit far from the old town and Danube river side. But for skansen visitors it's the right place.
Very welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and equpped with everything that’s listed. Location is peaceful and nice. Recommended.
Silent
Shower was "interestingly" installed on the wall ;)No soap or shampoo, but no problem with that.Had to ask for the remote to AC (and TV).
Dirt and stink
1. The room was very poorly cleaned. It was just dirty, there were papers on the floor from chocolates from previous guests. 2. It stank in the room3.The hotel sells old thawed and then re-frozen ice cream that can be a source of salmonella. 3. During check-in, required to fill out a large number of forms and answer stupid questions like "When did your country join the EU?", why?
Perfect location: very beautiful and private parking
Coffee is not good
It was close to Skanzen and it has a good price/value. The staff was very kind. They gave a free daily ticket for Skanzen.
We were not satisfied with the breakfast provided. Only a few meals were offered, the coffee machine was broken down. The bed was awful.
Nice personal and location.
Wii-fii signal wasn't in our room. It deppens in wich room you are, wich side of the building.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful, he spoke very good English and helped us order food. Everything was clean and comfortable and the choice of food for breakfast was quite good as well. It's a good place for those who are aiming to see the Skanzen or Szentendre. The Skanzen is just next to hotel and Szentendre is about 3,5 km. But if you're planning to see Budapest it's going to be a little bit far.
One of the bunk beds was mounted close to the wall which made it a bit difficult to climb up.
clean, new and cheap. frendly staff

There wasn’t anything that I liked about the property.
During our stay, when we took a shower, the water overflowed all over the bathroom floor. There was no mini freezer which is the minimum in a hotel. They clean the rooms once every 3 days. The beds were uncomfortable especially for a adult as we were in a bunk bed room where nothing was secured to the wall making the room be unsafe for people to stay in. I almost fell and hit my head/neck on the other bed while coming off the top bunk in the morning. They give 3 small towels instead of any large towels. When we also checked in, they were making us pay before seeings the room in person.
