Good hotel close to the town center. Breakfast could be better and it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. But the staff was nice and helpful, so it was a good stay.

The place is very nice and the staff is really helpful. We needed to postpone our travel and despite the fact the reservation was fixed via booking, we got the option to come later. The rooms were nice, new and clean. Selection for breakfast was also good. The place is close to the city center with many restaurants. One can park the car in the yard, reservation is needed. Value for money is simply great.

The breakfast room is a bit small, so one needs a reservation for specific time for the breakfast, but all went perfect. The mattresses are a bit soft from my point of view.

The location was perfect, nice little town, close to the suburban train, friendly staff, nice room...

We did not like the breakfast so much, it could be a little more diverse.

The stuff was very friendly, the room was clean and nice. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! I really liked staying here!

The heating machine was quite noisy but I used to it after a while.

The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed for two nights and had to report a problem with the hot water several times.

Spotlessly clean, great location, super-helpful staff, free parking and breakfast. Very quiet. Probably the best place I stayed on this trip! Would definitely come back again.

Parking area was very secure, but a little difficult to get out of. Save yourself the trouble and take the train!

The heater was very noisy, even if they said will provide parking, one night the parking was full and we parked on the street and also the breakfast did not had a lot to choose from.

The location was really great and everything we needed was walking distance. Distribution of the rooms was very nice.

Staff didn't understand English quite well, they advised where we could park and we listened to them and got a fine for it. The bathroom shower had a problem and it was leaking all over the floor and we had major problems with this. The central heating wasn't working yet, so we had to ask for small plug in heaters for the room.

Very beautiful, clean modern and cosy. The staff was very helpful with everything and very friendly. We had a great time at the hotel.

Small room. Smaller than last time and i was alone

Staff was very friendly. They have also a seperate parking for bikes. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty, also very good vegetarian options. The location is good, near the city center, but there is no noice at night.

A kettle in the room would be nice

Matthias Rex was welcoming and our room was modern, comfortable and clean (it is worth noting that our room would only have been cleaned by request during our five-night stay), The 'cold' breakfast buffet was good, with a decent range of cooked meats, cheese and boiled eggs as well as cereals and bread / toast. The 'panzion' is conveniently situated on the edge of the beautiful old town. Free parking was available in a courtyard.

A kettle and tea/ coffee in the room would have been even better

Modern, clean and close to the centre of Szentendre. Staff were always happy to help. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The bedroom needed a mirror above the desk so you could dry your hair or do make up.

Very clean and modern room. Well appointed and so much space! The room was quiet, the window opened, and a kettle in the room. Location was great. Easy to walk everywhere.

No restaurant or bar but a market across the street and many food options nearby.

This is the best option for Sziget festival. You have entire empty train stopping 4 minutes walk from the accommodation, since 99% of people from Sziget will go in the opposite direction towards Budapest. Train goes entire night every hour and every 15 min in daytime.The town is a popular touristic place with many restaurants and cafes. 900 huf from center of Budapest and Sziget.The cleanliness of this hotel is out of this world. Breakfast has many options, vegetables and fruits, different coffees, meat, cheese, multiple bread types,... The single room was perfect. Bathroom looks new. Furniture is made from wood and it's very stylish. Free towels, toiletries, AC, refrigerator, and bedsheets. English is spoken fluently. You can leave bags before and after the check in and check out in a special room. I was very satisfied with the hygiene at the hotel.

As a light sensitive person, the curtains were not thick enough to prevent light from coming in during the morning. But a sleeping mask solves this. If you like to get up early this is a positive thing.

The apartment was clean with all the facilities functional, breakfast was quite good and enough. The staff was very helpfull
