Bükkös Hotel & Spa

The location is perfect which is a short walk to reach the main attraction. The variety of buffet-style breakfast gave us the real food choices of local ingredients. The room is comfy and super clean.And we used the spa which is another plus to stay in this hotel.

Hotel had a good location and was within walking distance of Danube, Town Square and restaurants. Room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The lobby and bar are at front desk location. We were not inclined to spend time there.

Very clean. Love the jacuzzi and the saunas. Location is perfect. Excellent breakfast included.

The pillows were not supportive at all causing neck aches. No complementary bottles of water.

The Wi-Fi was quite weak; as opposed to other 4-star hotels I have been to in Hungary, there was no coffee/tea kit or even a complimentary bottle of still water. The shower suffers from low maintenance

The hotel has a perfect location — just steps from the main tourist street, yet pleasantly quiet.The room was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable.The SPA area is free for guests and offers a relaxing atmosphere.The staff were friendly and attentive, and parking in the hotel garage (for an extra fee) was very convenient.Breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection is stable, but the speed could be improved, as it’s sometimes difficult to use the internet comfortably.

The location and the spa were fabulous. The parking garage had a very nice space to safely store our bikes overnight. The room size was very nice. The breakfast was basic but filling.

There was no facility to make coffee or tea in the room and there was no water in the room. The coffee in the lobby was for a charge of 700 HUF. You are required to wear slippers, but no slippers were provided in the room. The AC in the room was not sufficient to cool the room.

The hotel is small but this is its advantage. Even though we were in August, we didn't feel it was crowded. The room was comfortable and quiet plus well air-conditioned as we hit the hottest days of the summer so far. The parking situation is OK as well. There is an underground parking but we didn't need to use it as we always found a place at the back of the hotel for free. Breakfast is really good with fresh produce. Each day there were some new things which made it even better.

Only the size of the underground garage. Be careful when you have a larger car.

It has been a long time since I have stayed in a place where everything was in such great condition with so much attention to detail! Excellent location and amenities and super friendly staff!

It was mentioned that aircondition is available but it was not. Room was on last floor under the roof and warm. with open window it was noisy even during the night because of cars. The guest supplies in the bathroom was not a 4 star hotel standard. Only shower gel and body lotion available.

Breakfast was very good, and spa was good too.

My gf is hungarian, once the staff knew she could talk in hungarian, the staff completely ignored me. I wish they tried talking to me too in english as well.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Well located, only a few minutes walk from the attractions of Szentendre. Good breakfast.

Spa area is quite small although we were the only ones in it so not a big issue for us.

Latch on door to terrace broken (so door wouldn't stay closed when going outside, can only be locked fully from inside). Breakfast coffee was terrible, and charged extra for Nespresso.

Great hotel. very clean. Right in the heart of the town. We were able to walk to restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was amazing.Loved the spa area.

The toilet seat in the bathroom looked like one overused seat in a party club. Time to change that.The first receptionist we met was a cheerful, and kind lady. All others were stiff as a poker, acting as if this was an elite hotel. Kind of controversial.The owner of the property lectured us on the temperatures (being the same in both) of the saunas trying to make us feel stupid, despite the fact that both the signs just outside the saunas, and the thermometers in the saunas said otherwise.The mattress in the room is way overused, soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very cheap. We were also told that we are welcome to put an entry into the guestbook, however, in case we would give bad feedback, they can always tear the page out. Well, they cannot tear this feedback out.

It overlooks a tributery of the Danube, at the edge of the charming Old Town. The breakfast had good eggs, and a nice variety.

It's very difficult to find. Lots of narrow, oneway streets. Try to bring a small car if you stay here.
