The view

The sheets and the Pelosi wasn't comftable. The bed was too soft. The po wasn't warm enoghf and the jacuzzi also it was cold.

Location

Owner was rude. Request for fan was met with disdain. Rooms in roof baking at night, open windows yet deliveries at 4am were met with loud conversations outside. They need more staff at busy periods. Literally felt like we were moving into their house given the rules.

Location was good. Food was good for the price. Staff were okay and helpful.Room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was too small, and the toilet was in a precarious position.

Excellent property and staff. Very comfortable, well-equipped and also great breakfast.

Swimming area and the hottub was a real satisfying experience. The restaurant had a good menu for the evening and breakfast was fine.

The location is ouside of Inzell and remote. Bus schedule Inzell <> Ruhpodling <> Traunstein is not very frequent (1 per hour) and further thinned out on weekends (1 every 2hours). Also on weekends: synchronization of bus connections can be a problem with long waiting times as a result. So you better come with your own car!

I loved the area , the hotel was classic bavarian style with swimming pool, sauna and hot tub facilities

The cleanliness could have been more better for example the spider webs were in the corner

Great breakfast.Room was very nice, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony.

The surroundings are impressive, the hotel is cozy and clean, and the staff is helpful and kind. The accommodation reserved for two people is spacious and comfortable, although it does not offer the most modern atmosphere, but this is not a disadvantageThe kitchen is correct and plentiful, although not special.The breakfast buffet is fine, although the poultry-based cold cuts were lacking.An excellent choice for the price.

The heating system made a hissing sound in the room, which could only be remedied by turning off the heating. This is not lucky in winter.The sauna is overcrowded and its opening hours from 15:00 to 19:00 are short.It would be worthwhile to put a kettle, tea maker or mini bar/small fridge in the rooms.

Good (calm) location.Good restaurant - although the warm dinner from 5pm-8pm only (in term of October 2022).Good parking place.

Soft bed (I prefer harder).

Vegetarian food. On the website a specific meal was offered, but it was not on the menu when we arrived in the hotel. When we questioned this, the response was that only the meals in the current menu were for offer. We did not get the impression that the waiter understood that being a vegetarian is more than eating sallad or spaghetti.. The large plate with salads that was served was soaking in vinegar, and thetefore very unfriendly for the taste. (Niet te vreten - as we say in Dutch - zu dreckig zum essen

Quiet location was beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool area is great for a small hotel in the area. The children's playground which is a stones throw from the hotel was magnificent. I could have spent hours there if my children were younger. The best of German playground design at the foot of the mountains. A pool table used by older teens....and there is gym equipment, sauna and jacuzzi.

Our room was near the night entrance which was up a wooden stairs, (not locked) and noisy when people came in later. The staff smoking area was also beneath our balcony, unfortunately.

Dinner was not fantastic, we couldn’t pay by card at check-out. , so we had to drive to withdraw cash to pay for our stay.

The restaurant in the hotel was nice.

It said on Booking.com that they offer free bicycles but they did not have any. The hotel is surrounded by a busy road. The road is also higher than the hotel so during the night you wake up by headlights of car because they have very thin curtains. Also they forgot to turn on the sauna after we reserved it at 6pm and they refused to turn it on at 6.30pm to compensate because they don't want it on after 7pm. Not customer friendly...
