Breakfast was great; I was happy with the charging stations for my i4 EV.The Romanian guy at the reception was extremely friendly and enjoyable; he was a real help to us.We arrived late, around 12:30 AM, and he waited for us at the reception.We will come back for sure. Thanks a lot,

The back parking was not well-signposted. However, the friendly staff helped us.

Big place. Has a spa area, which is a plus. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nothing to write home about.In general good value for money!

To get to the Spa area you have to walk a weird unlikely and unseemly path. Still, spa area was good.The pool table is derelict.

Spa wasn't open but they gave us alternative in friendly hotel 200m away, excellent stuff, very nice breakfast, location is in willage so calm and empty streets in the evening are usual

Decent quiet comfortable room ,very clean ,easy free parking and decent half board food in the restaurant at night and great breakfast selection.

It’s a basic budget hotel not really comparable with a typical Austrian 4star more like a 3star but ok for a quick stopover . Spa closed (which seems to be the norm )

Excellent hotel, we had 1 night stay on our way to a ski resort. Excellent dinner, room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was also very good.

Great location and the staff. The hotel included a wholesome breakfast and dinner options.

Everything was great except that the wellness facility was not functional at the visit however the hotel offered a nearby facility for this.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are big enough. For breakfast, there is a variety of delicious food. The hotel's location is very good: It is only 10 minutes from the town centre, and parking is just outside the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is quite small, but everything else is very nice.

Staff were really friendly and there was lots of choice for breakfast. You also get a card which enables you to do lots of activities for free in the area (e.g. mini golf, thermal spa, cable car etc.).

€5 Euro parking fee per day, I would rather this just be included in the price!

Pleasant room with balcony and a nice view of the mountains. Swimming pool nearby. Very good breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood.

No fridge in the room, paid parking (5 EUR) per night. Scrambled eggs made from powder.

The personnel was very friendly and helping. Breakfast was really nice with many options to choose from.Room had good size for a family of 3. Hotel is situated in a beautiful place nearby park.

Finding food after 9 p.m. in the area maybe a challenge.

The hotel is super old and had carpets everywhere. And those carpets smell a lot. There was for hair in the elevator and the overall cleanliness is really poor

For us it was perfect location - just across the swimming lake. We liked our room - quite spacious with a balcony and the territory around the hotel - a nice lawn where we could put a picnic mat and allow our baby to crawl.

I didn’t fully get the idea about cleaning- they don’t come to clean your room by default, you need to request for this. I think it can be not very handy sometimes.

Very nice staff. The food was excellent - we had our dinner a la carte - not half board. Very clean. Quiet. Open and friendly atmosphere. Renovated bathrooms.

Nothing really. It is a really good hotel. Perfect for us. But do not expect a new stylish 4star hotel.

Charge for parking, extra bed had very old overused mattress

I arrived little late and the reception was closed. Still I had no issues with getting the room. I really like the friendliness of the staff and the location. Also I traveled with a little dog and I had no issues with the hotel to accommodate my pet. To my surprise hotel has not changed any fees to “clean” the room.

Location is amazing, big room and clean. Lot of activities is included in price which is great.

Hotel rule is that they dont clean room or change towels daily, youre supposed to ask them to do that and dinner buffe have no drink included.
