The best feature here are the hosts. Really, you will be charmed by them. Nice breakfast and well designed rooms. Around you will find multiple attractions and all utilities you need during your stay.

Marnix is extremely helpful and friendly.. He is definitely happy to host his guests and ensure they are having a good time. Stay was also offering Chiemgau card which allows you to discover the area with many attractions, it was definitely add-on offering from the hotel. Breakfast was full of options and some home made tasty offering

The owners are very nice! And they always ask feedback on what to improve on their hotel. Breakfast is good, and I especially liked small details in the room (which is quite spacious too) like a separate makeup mirror, hanging for clothes etc. The town is very quiet and safe, we had a nice walk at night.

Just to add extra pillows for your knees to have proper sleeping posture.

Comfortable and clean apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony... the hotel garden was a gem, tables in shadow, a fridge with drinks and relaxing music. Great hosts.

Hotel is located right in a village center. Grocery shop is right across the street from the hotel, many restaurants nearby, There is free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very healthy and outstanding, especially Svetlanas musli. You can even change the pillow by yourself, if the one you have in your room does not fit.

We really liked pillow options. Air condition also was really good. Our room was quiet well lit and we had a good view of mountain.

The general athmosphere is characterized by flexibility and an easy-going vibe, but this does not come at the expense of professionalism, but actually makes the stay perfect. Communication is easy, there's an answer to any and all requests and there are some unique options (like choosing your preferred pillow type or accessing drinks 24/7) which go the extra mile.To top it off the rooms are super clean, the bed is comfy and there's a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located in the middle of town. The owners are very friendly and while reception and breakfast times are limited, they are very willing to think with you and think in possibilities if these times do not work for you. The breakfast was excellent.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Very tasty breakfasts. And of course the location of the hotel is in the short distance to lots of local attractions.

Great rooms with exceptional view of the Alps. Marnix the owner greeted us with his charm and I have to say that he is the best host I have ever met. The atmosphere was homey and relaxing. Would recommend this hotel for a nice stay in the Alps.

loved this place. instantly loved the relaxing atmosphere. after being greeted by the owner and made welcome I felt rite at home. this place is a real gem for all. the bar area was great and the food would sit well in any 5 Star restaurant. the place was extremely clean. beds comfortable and shower perfect! (warm and powerful) I would go out my way to stay here again. the location to alps and Austria is perfect for all I can’t recommend this place enough for value and quality. I will be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
