The location is amazing, beautiful view, surrounded by mountains. Possibility to book breakfast. Good restaurant for dinner. The pool and sauna are included in the price.The whole hotel was very beautifully decorated.

The bed and pillow were unfortunately very uncomfortable. Perhaps we were just unlucky and had overused mattresses. The room could have been cleaner. Car park 5e per day.

The breakfast was outstanding! So MUCH FOOD! Everything tasted very good! The coffee machine was “icing on the cake”. I enjoyed a cappuccino every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room was priced fairly. Location was perfect for all the sightseeing that we wanted to get done.

Americans like to use face cloths! You had none. ? Think about supplying face cloths in the future.

The location of the hotel was great - with a beautiful view opening from our balcony to the mountains. The hotel interior was simple and very beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly. We really liked our stay at the hotel.

It was a very rainy weekend and there was no water kettle in the room.I got caught with some cold. Was bit uncomfortable not having some hot water at night when required.First time experiencing this from a hotel .

The location is pretty good, the room size and balcony is very good. The swimming pool was cosy !

The room comes without any Water Boiler and Mini Bar. The Bathroom is pretty small, the shower is tiny, hardly fits you in. When we requested a Water Boiler, we were asked to wait till tomorrow morning when Housekeeping is back in hotel. We ordered soup, it was very cold and tasteless !

The room was clean and nice. The personnal was nice.

The wifi was very poor and no refrigerator. And for me the pillow was not very confortable.

Swimming pool was ok, but we saw people changing clothes outside the changing rooms, in the pool area, which was not pleasant at all, specially when going with small kids.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was cozy and well-equipped, offering us great comfort throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the little details that made our experience memorable. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Lovely hotel with great food and very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our trip perfect. The breakfast buffet is amazing!

I loved the location, the facilities and the staff were so nice. We ate every night at the restaurant which was really lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. Gabriel in the restaurant was excellent.

The only criticism is that the curtains in the “children’s” room are too short and so anyone could see into the room if the light was on.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was cosy. Sauna was also toll.

this hotel is nice, but it is too expensive value/ money. Small room over the 170E/ night is over. Normal price for this type of hotel I can about 100E/ night. BUT I know, that was main season and the hotel can make different action with prices...

Outdated and not well maintained hotel. Rooms could use some proper cleaning. Hugely overpriced. Staff very unfriendly. Not enough parking spaces. Had to pay 5,- euro per night to park at the hotel, but still had to park on the street as there were not enough spaces.

The location, views, easy parking, nice breakfast and the pool is heated.

We had booked a familyroom but got a whole appartment with 2 bedrooms, one with table and chairs to eat, bathroom and teakitchen (although the cook was switched off). The elevator did not reach the upper floor and was a bit scary

Dogs should be restricted to certain time at breakfast or maybe just outside & under control of owners at night time & not barking . Place was lovely, just a few suggestions to make it even more enjoyable especially for wet days. Suggestions: 1. update a play room with LEGO , blocks or magna tiles2. provide decks of playing cards, draughts, chess , uno to rent for 1/2 nights. 2. Table tennis
