Breakfast

Comfort & service & breakfast & staff

Clean and comfortable. Staff polite. Great location in very center of the town. Great breakfast. Would come back definitely. We came with a baby and a stroller, our room was on a third floor with no elevator. Although we said we don't need help, staff helped with carrying everything for us. They always checked how we like our stay and if we need anything. ❤️

Location. Tea and electric boiler

Wifi on and off during my stay. They said it was the provider’s bad, but nevertheless I suffered. A bit cold in the room. Heaters only worked at night

Very nice, little cozy hotel. Rooms are perfectly clean, small but ok for a short stay.Free parking at the hotel.

Great position/ nice breakfast.

The problem was a malfunctioning ceiling light, which had a strobing effect that could cause headaches. The bed light was also malfunctioning.

It is the second time I stay at Hotel Center Novo Mesto. My first time was in March, 2019. Back then I remember I enjoyed my stay and I liked it a lot. Unfortunately, this time in December 2024 my stay was very disappointing...

I didn't like this time that I was placed in a small room with a tiny bathroom. The air in the room wasn't so clean as many times I could smell smoke of cigarettes as if someone was smoking in my room. Also the breakfast wasn't as rich as in 2019.

Breakfast was excellent

Tiny room with only bed,no chair nor table.

We had very convenient two connected rooms, perfect for a larger family. We asked and were provided with the parking place, at additional cost, but it was worth it. Hotel has a nice and lively bar and rich breakfast. Central location is charming.

Nothing to say here, except that the next time we hope to stay longer than just overnight.

clean, polite, location

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was nice.

Parking wasn't free.

Location is excellent and it is value for money. There is a good restaurant across the street so it is convenient.

Shower slightly small but OK. There were some scuff marks on the wall as well as stains on the drapes which should be seen to. No coffee machine/kettle in the rooms.

Small but nice room, good breakfast, easy parking right behind the hotel. Room overlooking the square was slightly noisy despite the good isolation but no problem for us. Nice terrace both on the square, inside (upstairs). The second one has a smaller outside terrace, nicely shielded from rain (or to much sunshine).

No hotel for anyone with mobility issues. We had to use stairs for everything: going to the reception, the room, breakfast.

The room was small, but somehow comfortable for one person and quite clean. The breakfast was really rich and tasty. The location in the real city center is a great advantage. The personnel was very nice and kind.

It was written, that the room has a TV, but the TV was shared in the common room. The fridge is also shared.

Location BedBed sheets Cool staff

Poor breakfast. Ends at 9:00 (no refill from 8:30). No soundproof rooms No lift

The staff was incredibly nice, and provided the best service. The rooms are super clean and provided with a good ac system.

Fantastic location Kind staffs

Pillow was very bad & consequently I couldn't sleep.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location doesn’t get much better and everything was really clean and just what was needed.

Location

Air-conditioning not working on a 30+c day, couldn't stay had to leave after few hours, 150 euros wasted or put in their pocket. When I informed the staff, they checked on their computer and confirmed that the aircon is not working, but they didn't offer a solution or refund, i just left the Hotel 150 euros short for 3 hour stay.
