The room was good, spacious and clean. Easy to reach with large parking space.

The hotel also includes facilities for bowling and children's parties. The bowling balls are audible in the rooms until late. We were there in the weekend and there were many children's parties going on so that drinking a coffee or eating dinner was not very relaxing. Maybe better during working days..

The breakfast is decent, with a nice selection of cheeses and vegetables, the only drawback being that the coffee – from a machine – is quite poor. The location is good, close to the highway, in case you just need a place to spend the night or use it as a base for trips around the area, since getting to Novo Mesto is realistically only possible by car.

In a standard double room there is no electric kettle or refrigerator, which should really be considered standard nowadays.

This is a great place to stay while traveling, especially with kids. It has a large playground, an arcade room, a bowling alley, and a restaurant. The food was really good, the room was comfortable, and although it’s by the road, it’s quiet and surrounded by beautiful green scenery.

Maybe a mosquito net would be good to have so that you can open the window- there were lot of flees.I have to say the breakfast looks very cheap.

The place is a hidden gem, everything about it was amazing.The place was recently renovated, so everything in the rooms is new and was barely used.While the location looks right on the road between Ljubljana and Zagreb, it's actually a bit elevated, so passing traffic doesn't bother you at all - instead adds some charm when having some drinks at the bar.The restaurant was also very good and we enjoyed the food and drinks there.There were more then enough of entertainment for our kid as well, so he wasn't bored at all (which is extremely hard to do, hehe).Staff was extremely helpful and saved us with extremely useful advices and was very nice and polite overall.Beds despite being soft, were really comfy, so I slept like a baby there.So I can only recommend the place and will totally stop by when will be in the area.

We loved our stay at hotel Dolenjc. First of all, the hotel has a large play area which is amazing for families with kids. The location is excellent, just above the highway and it doesn't waste you any time. The facilities were also excellent, with a large eating area, a bowling alley, an arcade etc. Our family room was also very spacious. Finally, the staff was extremely helpful and polite and definitely made a lasting impression on us! Thank you!

Immediately upon entering, there was the smell of some kind of cleaning product or scent to cover up the bad smell. The smell in the room was awful.

Very noisy, staff moving furniture around for 45min in the evening without caring about the noise they were making. Room walls do not absorb any sound, you can hear any of your neighbour's mouvements.Restaurant is great, staff is very nice.

Good stopover location, good price and convenient restaurant.

Rooms can be above a bowling alley, constant noise until 10 pm. On weekends watch out for parties.

Around 2230, it was very loud from bellow. It was a restaurant or some delivery space. Very bed sound isolation.

There was a difference between the two triple rooms we had, one wasnt great. We did get a premium upgrade also which was good...Pizzeria was good but bowling alley was full so we couldnt get kids to play.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The food didn't look very appetizing. Some of the food had run out and wasnt refilled and we were there early. the sausages looked bad, but one variety was apparently tasty.The coffee machine wasn't working properly and needed staff attention.There was bowling alley music through to our rooms but we were so tired and passed out

Parking, good food at the restaurant and decent breakfast, location. Arcade games and bowling. Great stop on the way to Italy

Rooms are poor sound proof quality, only a few channels on Tv

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the freeway.

We had a dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning. The dinner was partially ok, but we had to skip one of four ordered meals because it was raw meat and very cold, as if it was prepared for someone else, hours ago (Dolenjc Burger)..The breakfast is ok, even though half an hour before the end of breakfast time almost no food was left and we could not find a place to sit. All 5-6 tables were taken. I have visited hundreds of hotels, but never experienced anything similar.

During the weekends, it's a party place, with loud music, a lot of people celebrating, etc...
