It's very good for a short stay. All facilities are very clean, the sleep is comfortable, the strudel for breakfast is delicious (there are other choices but I couldn't go pass strudel).It's a family business, and you can feel it, in welcome and kindness.It's located within a walking distance from the historic part of Novo Mesto, so quite convenient for a stroll and downtown dinner after a long drive.

Wonderful family hotel with well equipped rooms, a superb restaurant serving local dishes, and solid breakfast buffet.

The greeting, it was like being at home. I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience, even the dog remembers me.

The restaurant room was very hot and the smells from the kitchen made the atmosphere truly unbearable. Breakfast can be improved.

We got our motorcycles inside the yard. Welcoming host. Good food. Good beds. Good breakfast.

We were in Slovenia in a weekend following a bank holiday, so it was very hard to find hotels in Ljubljana. This hotel is simple but quite good, including the restaurant. From there, it is quite easy to go to the major attractions in the country, as well as to go have dinner in the capital. if you are not afraid of driving a little bit.

Simple, but nice, clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room meets all the expectation we had for a single night stay, but it would be ok for 2-3 nights, also.The breakfast was satisfactory.The room had a small fridge (I would not call it minibar as it was empty), but it was great for us to keep our food (as we were travelling from one camping site to another) cold.It is only a short, 10-15 minute walking distance from the old city.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe I would note the shower cabin which has a curtain only (instead of a door), which makes it less comfortable.

Hotel has that athmosphere of an old mountain lodge restaurant which is something quite unique for Slovenia and this region of Europe. I was satisfied with premises and every service it had to offer. Room and bathroom are spaceous and functional. Location was the best possible. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Hotel has quite large and free parking which was perfect since I came with my long minivan. Staff extremly proffesional, polite and helpful. Prices are very attractive, so every guest should leave very satisfied. Next time I'll come back with friends and/or family. Every recommendation!

Breakfast was good but too much sweet things.

Towels smelled musty, maybe the towels were put in wet to closet.

Breakfast and location are perfect. We have a covered safe place for parking our motocycle. Staff were very friendly and it was very clean!

Everything was perfect

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. We stayed only for one night, and have a dinner into the restaurant of the hotel. The food was perfect, the prices waer good! We had also a breakfast and everything was great. I highly recomend the hotel. It is very close to te city center and is a perfect palce for one night!

I stayed two nights with including dinner plan. I enjoyed the dinner so as to choose dishes from the menu.Also, the location is nice, that we can access to/from the center of Novo Mesto by walk (around 10 minutes), then we can access to/from anywhere of southern Slovenia by car.
