The breakfast was very good with a good variety of savoury and sweet food. Rooms are essential, however something is lacking. Check in and check out smooth as oil. Convenient covered parking.

No hair drier in the rooms and a bit far from the metro line. However, the price to leave your car at the Ostmesse metro parking for the day is €1,5 so it's ok.

Check-in at the late check-in machine was not possible. Waited for 15 min. but the machine froze. Felt like a software bug.Had to go to the hotel next. Fortunately, they still had availability. So for now refund from the ibis hotel.

We stayed during the high demand of properties, so it was a good value for money paid.The breakfast was normal.Comfortable, if one is not by car, the transport stops are in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was not good. For the price charged, the food was mostly processed/bought from local supermarkets. Eggs were a total disappointment. The hotel needs to serve a larger gourmet of a better quality to ensure justice to the price charged

Location is really good

The staff didn’t change the towels, even though I left the tag on the door asking for a change. There’s no hairdryer (far a deposit 20 € only) no kettle in the room. When I asked for some hot water, the manager offered to pour it from the tap …to make a tea.

We didn't have a car with a low emission zone sticker, so this hotel is perfect for when you want to visit Munich, specially because they have free parking. It is very quiet over there because it looks like a business district. Bathroom and shower were great!

Bed was not too comfortable and the room was not the best. Big space on the floor of the main door, leaving a lot of light and noise to come in from inside the building. It's around 25 minutes away from city center by train, for us that had a car it was good, but if you don't have one, it is not worth it.

All staff members were very helpful and polite. This includes counter, cafeteria and cleaning staff.

Would stay here again, we arrived earlier that expected and the room was available, very friendly staff in the reception :)

The hotel room is simple but clean and well stocked. The hotel itself is located within walking distance from a train station. All of my needs were met and as advertised online.

When I arrived, staff members were audibly fighting in a room near the reception. There was also nobody to welcome me at the reception. The area that the hotel is in can sometimes get a bit noisy.

Very nice. I had an actual bathroom not the segment as usually is in ibis budget. I thought it’s one of those hotels with cheap prices and expensive parking, but the garage is actually FREE. So huge plus for this hotel, I wouldn’t choose it otherwise if it was not free.

Breakfast is boring I wouldn’t pay €13,50, only bread ham and cereals. Nothing warm. I think you can use coffee machine *without* breakfast.

Breakfast not worth the price (14 Euros) ; only cold snacks, if you want warm morning meal you will be dissapointed, better to spend money on a motorway services to buy hot meal there.

It was clean. Everything what you can expect in exchange for the value of money. I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night because of the room size, but overall it's ok

Very clean, comfortable beds, looks like a new equiptment, very professional receptionists and communication with the reception, 500 m from S Bahn ( public transport) and supermarkets, quite place, the room at the last floor was a plus from my view, thank you.

Probably room service woke me up on Sunday morning at about 8:00 a. m. to clean the room. It was very unpleasant. Very basic equiptment, lower price should be more pleasant for me.
